Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Castle Dental office. This is the first Castle Dental location serving the community of Mount Juliet.
Twelve dentists and over fifty support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by National Dentex Labs, at the Castle Dental office in Austin, Texas on September 28th. National Dentex Labs is a dental restoration and appliance lab service, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The company provided the monetary support needed to host the event and provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to nearly 90 low-income patients.
Castle Dental expands its dental services with its new location in Magnolia, Tx. This local dental office will now be the 37th to open in the Houston Market where it will provide general dentistry, preventive care and specialty services.

I had a terrible experience with Castle Dental Bastrop, and I am still paying for it. I would sue if I could. 1)The desk gave misinformation about my coverage misguiding me. 2)The new dentist seemed quite hesitant. 3) I ended up with an off-color bridge, which came unglued. 4) I paid much more for what should have been simple. Never, ever again.

The dental hygienist had to leave work before my appointment. Instead of rescheduling, the dentist cleaned my teeth himself after conducting my exam. I dont think you would experience that at too many offices. Very impressed and thankful!

The dental hygienist that worked on my mouth yesterday had me laughing and enjoying my time yesterday. I highly recommend the Bastrop Tx location. Can't wait to have there help to achieve my ultimate smile.

I really believe the staff really cares about their patients. I have been going to the office for the past three years. They take the time to explain the procedure to reduce the anxiety you may have. Dr. Abdulkadir, Linda-front office and Linda-Hygenist are all nice and great people.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the office was on this visit compared to my first visit a few months back. The check in and out process was really easy. I wish I could remember the name of the doctor I saw but honestly I was do nervous about getting the numbing shots that's all I could focus on. The doctor was really calm, patient and understanding. His skill set made everything so much easier. I barely felt the injections at all.

I forgot to explain how happy I am. I wanted to give you all five stars. This is the best office. I have recommended all of my family to go there. It is such good service. The dentist/dr I saw left but the new one that took over is the best. He personally took the time to call me and check on me after my extractions. What a wonderful guy.

I will start by saying Linda the hygienist and Brittany the dental assistant are wonderful, however the Dentist, not so much. This has been my second bad experience at Castle Dental, Bastrop with this dentist and both times for the same reason. He is more concerned with up selling than caring for his clients. The first time was in 2016, I went in for some tooth discomfort. He told me I needed a root canal, or tooth pulled. I wanted a second opinion and went back to my long time dentist in WA state who informed me that my filling was cracked and just needed replacing $50 as apposed to the $2800 Castle wanted for a root canal. My new insurance only offers me Castle so I reluctantly went in for a cleaning and told them I only want a cleaning. The Dentist said I had to have deep clean , extraction (cause an old root canal 'may' cause problems in a few years) I again stated only a cleaning, they said they would polish and that's it but it wouldn't be beneficial. I left. I won't return. I went to another dentist, got my cleaning no problem without all the up selling.
