Please do not! I repeat do not go to this fraudulent Dentist! So much to say and such little time. in a nutshell I needed work done and was seeing a Doctor that was very nice and patient with me since I'm not a fan of having machines drilling in my mouth. All of the sudden he quit and in the middle of my work I got Doctor GULLERMO CASTILLO; first time he introduces himself he was just extremely rude told me the other Dr left and that he does things his way (whatever that meant). He then kept making me go back repeatedly to do the minimal work in my mouth like several different visits for a crown fitting and taking repeated crown impressions on the same tooth. After the other doctor left I went to see Doctor Castillo about 3 times for a crown fitting for one tooth and I still needed a crown on another tooth and still until today NO CROWN! When I would ask him questions he would get defensive, rude, and on my last visit I had enough after I asked him so what are we doing today? and he said he doesn't wanna hear it from me! lol.. he also got defensive and said my insurance doesn't pay him per visit! this is a lie since I see this doctor has been under insurance fraud investigation...STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. This doctor lacks patience, professionalism, and work ethic he wasted a lot of my time and now I have start over elsewhere... he also stated he will respond to my review because he did not care about what I had to say. simply because I asked him questions about what exactly he was working on in my mouth. im disgusted! ESPANOL: NO SE TRATEN CON ESTE DOCTOR, NO TIENE PACIENZA CON SUS CLIENTES. ES MAL EDUCADO, Y TE VA HA GASTAR TU TIEMPO HACIENDO LO MINIMO EN TU BOCA PORQUE PARECE QUE QUIERE SEGUIR HACIENDO QUE EL SEGURO LE PAGUE CON TODAS TUS VISITAS. NO TE VA RESPONDER TUS PREGUNTAS. Omg I love this dentist so much! He was so kind to me couple of years ago I went there. I could have sworn they closed but they're still there! He did my tooth extraction beautifully! No pain at all. Unlike the other place in Hawthorne I heard about that does tooth extractions. Don't go anywhere else. This dentist is amazing! Plus everyone is nice there too!

Don't even waste your time and go somewhere else. So UNPROFESSIONAL, This is the second time they cancel my appointment and its a wait of weeks to months for a next availability. I work in a surgeons office, I am office manager and ill be dammed if I left such a nasty impression on my patients which thats a never since we are dedicated in giving a great care .
