I wish I could take starts way. By far the worse dentist I have ever encountered. This place are careless do not follow up with insurances or forgot submitting claims for the insurances for approval. And once approval receive the dentist changes procedure plan based on the amount he is going to get paid. Making the patient wait for weeks and changing the procedure plan 3x giving contradicting information to the patient. Specially for the elder, and which are the vulnerable, since most don't have someone to follow through. And fortunately I care for my mom and all her medical decisions.

The receptionist was extremely rude to my mom, my mom asked if there is an appointment available this week and the receptionist with a rude attitude said " umm no" my mom asked her when is the next appointment because her tooth was really on pain? The receptionist replied with "umm I don't know what to tell you go figure it out" and hung up on my mom. The receptionist was a Spanish lady, she needs some matures. Disgusting and rude. Please do not come here. Thank you :)

My insurance covered everything but because they would not pay want he wanted them to, even though he is in network, he refused to take me. All they want to do is keep cleaning your teeth and charging your insurance, I took my kids at the same time and they had a cavities. He clean there teeth and because they complained about the pain he said to come back, when we did they tried to just do a cleaning again, no thank you. They also over schedule so expect to wait a long time.

Very horrible service I have a broken tooth thats stuck in my gum,im in pain and they giving me a date to come in 2 months from the day I called very unpleasant and unprofessional service the women was very rude smfh

I called the office to express my pain because I didn't have an appointment till a week later and he took me that same day. The outcome for a last minute procedure was amazing and I thank god he took me. This is the next day and I'm in very little to no pain at all. Thank you Dr.Vargas!

I don't recommend this place, Very irresponsible place, I made an appointment, They gave me an appointment for a month, after that they called me they could not make it and they reschedule the appoinment for another month, and one day I had a call and they told me can u come right now, after that they never answer me back why to play with patients dental health? Looks like a place very inrresposible with patients. Lost 2 months waiting for nothing.

I am not sure why the reviews are so low here. I had extensive work done w the Doctor Felipe and he was fantastic. I since then moved to Florida and have not found a dentist like him. I am thinking of when I visit my mom in NY I will go see him.

Waiting for more then an hour unnecessary only one dentist no heat in the premises always crowded waited for an hour and 20 min just to take xrays and another hour to be seen by the dentist
