Dr. Chad Cassady is dedicated in maintaining a reputation of excellence in orthodontics combined with exceptional customer service. Both Dr. Cassady and his team ensure their patients receive top-notch dental care in a professional yet fun and family-oriented environment.

Dr. Cassady attended San Jose State University for his undergraduate degree before graduating from Columbia University School of Dental And Oral Surgery. While in dental school, Dr. Cassady was awarded the distinction of election into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society. He then completed an orthodontic residency at the University of California at San Francisco.

Terra is our financial coordinator and registered dental assistant who handles billing and collections, insurance, ordering supplies for the office, patient care, and all orthodontic procedures. Terra has been part of the Cassady Orthodontics team for over 10 years. She enjoys her job because it allows her to get to know each one of our patients on a personal level. It also is rewarding when she can help them attain the beautiful smile they deserve.

As our treatment coordinator, Michele works with new patients, and assists our doctor in building treatment plans. Seeing all the wonderful changing smile is what Michele is most passionate about when it comes to her job. Michele enjoys working at our office because it is a fun place to be, with lots of contest, fun decorations, and a great staff.

As a registered dental assistant, Darien helps our doctor with his patients, takes impressions and X-rays, changes wires, fits bands, and does sterilizing and lab work. She enjoys watching people change their smiles, and making a difference in a patients life. Working with Dr. Cassady is a great experience for Darien because he is a great orthodontist, and is easy-going and family-oriented.

Denise has been working at Cassady Orthodontics since 2015, and in 2016 she received her Orthodontic Assisting license. Denise does manyback office tasks such as assisting the doctor, patient records, working in the lab, wire changes, and so much more. Denise likes the one on one interaction that the orthodontic field allows her to have and she likes to see the smile transformation from start to finish.

As a registered dental assistant Mishelle is responsible for many back office duties such as assisting the doctor, fitting bands, taking patient records, lab work, sterilization, and other back office duties. Mishelle has been working in the orthodontic field for 16 years and her favorite part is all the hands on work the orthodontic field allows her to do. She likes Dr.Cassady because he is family oriented and an awesome orthodontist.

Outside of the office Mishelle is very involved in her childrens lives, voluteering at school functions and organizing fundraisers. She also likes to relax with her husband and spending time with her two dogs.

Shelly first started out in the dental field working with Dr.Cassady in 2017 and has obtained her regisitered dental assisting license. She hasbecome a great asset to the office by assisting the doctor, taking patient records, sterilizing, and various back office tasks . Shelly thinks Dr. Cassady is so nice and likes watching the patients smiles transform.
