My husband recommended me to Dr. Cass and I had my first appointment last week. What a pleasant experience! From the front desk staff, dental assistant, hygienist to Dr. Cass himself, the entire visit was great! Everyone was personable and helpful, even fitting me in for a cleaning later the same day! I arrived a bit early and they took me right in! The dental care is gentle and professional. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Cass and his amazing team!

I was scheduled for my 6 month checkup, but the morning of my visit one of my caps fell off. The staff was wonderful in getting my checkup and cleaning done and even though I wasn't scheduled for the cap replacement, Jason made time in his busy schedule to fit me in. The staff and Jason are wonderful to work with.

I was dreading a root canal...HOWEVER...when I sat in the chair, I was greeted and soothed. Then the procedure began. I couldn't believe it. Through the procedure, I felt NO discomfort. Zero. Nada. Nothing. Having swabbed the area with a topical numbing agent, I didn't even feel the needle to numb the tooth and gums. On top of this, I have an anxiety disorder that Dr. Cass not only understood, he supported me throughout the procedure with exactly what I needed to manage my syndrome. Now...to some, this all may sound like a fantasy or made up. But it is 100% true. And for those who believe me, I continue.... It's been 24 hours since the procedure that I write this. I have felt NO pain at all. Even after the numbing wore off. I didn't need to take any medication. Not even ibuprofen. In fact, two hours after the numbing wore off, I ate ice cream. Ate regular food. Chewed on the root canal side on purpose. ZERO discomfort. I don't believe my experience was a fluke or a "one off." I do know that Doctor Cass is meticulous to detail, and certainly cares enough to be the best, and do the best. Thanks Doc!!!

Clean facility, great message chairs, and wonderful staff. Didn't see doctors face with all the cover up but he was very nice and personable
