I hate this place. I went 2 times spent around 10.000$ and they did a horrible job. The crowns do not even match my teeth color and they refused to correct the problem. I cried and ask a manager to please help me, told him that I don't have a lot of money and using credit card. Manager told me that there's nothing he can do. I should've stopped after going to them for the first time, but I decided to give them the second chance and they screw it horribly. Now I have mismatch teeth And the bridge on the left side. I can't even chew gum on that side anymore. So they do not even deserve one star from me!!!!!!!!

My girls dentist office for several years now. Never have any complaints. Staff and Dentists are always super nice and great with Kids. Will be a repeat patient as long as my girls are able to go there. 18 and older are not yet accepted at this location though they have talked about accepting older in the future.

The greeting part (due to COVID) is very unwelcoming and confusing, the lobby is very small only allowing four people to sit down at one time (the other three families standing around waiting, with no chairs.) The scheduling department is a joke! Why? They can't schedule my family until last minute -gives me unnecessary anxiety!!! Response to reply. The healthy and safety shouldn't come at a cost but rather should be fluent, respected and well balanced. Maybe the company should use "staggered" scheduling (6 months in advance and/or open longer hours of operation to better limit the families waiting indoor with no chairs and outdoor in 100 degrees temperatures just waiting for the front door to be unlocked. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary.

My daughter has been a patient at Cass County Dental Clinic since she was 3 years old. My sister a Dental hygienist recommended them and she takes her son there. I wasn't sure I wanted to drive 30 minutes but the staff definitely changed my mind by how amazing the staff is. Everyone explains each step to the child and parent and my daughter loves going to visit them. Thank you Cass County Dental Clinic for helping my little one feel comfortable.

I've been taking my daughter here for about 3 years and have had no complaints until today. The assistants are always sweet and do great with my daughter. However, it's a different dentist each time. The man we saw last visit took his time, asked if we had questions, and thoroughly explained everything. Today the lady dentist we saw spent 30 seconds in the room and seemed super rushed. I was annoyed because I had a few questions I wanted to ask but she didn't give me the chance. Please slow down and give parents a chance to speak.

I'm giving an indifferent review based on multiple visits to this office. I only see them because my son has state insurance. With that being said, the other reviews I have seen that talk condescendingly upon others based on personal bias they may have, are laughable at best. This office and the staff can be on top of their game. My son was one of the kids who used to be scared of the dentist because he just did not know what the dentist was. You cannot deny a child's fear of the unknown or discount it just because you assume that "parent's instill the fear into them of going to the dentist". My son hops up in the chair with enthusiasm now that he personally has gotten over that fear. This office was patient with that. They let me come back into the room while the examination goes on, and answered a lot of my questions. The care is great but my son does not have any cavities or serious dental work that needs to be done. He has absolutely no cavities as good dental practices begin at home. With that being said, I don't like how they talk condescendingly to you when you make comments they don't like. I made the comment after his first two baby teeth came in that his next ones should be the other front two teeth, the dentist said that wasn't the case and the ones next to the original front two teeth would come in next-which wasn't the case at all. I had one of the dental hygienists make a comment to me that I better be saving money for braces, in which I commented that we were trying to push a tooth forward that was tilted back because I've had the exact same thing happen to me and my orthodontist told me when I was younger to try pushing the tooth forward or I would have to have a special retainer to do it for me (I didn't listen, and I needed that retainer). When I told her this, she scoffed at the comment. I just shrugged it off because at this point, I'm used to the condescending tones from some staff members here. Another comment that was made about my son's care were about sealants and that he "needed them". I asked for the MSDS of the products they use and decided that this was not a product I wanted in my son's mouth. Of course they pushed back and said his insurance covers it. I am very aware of insurance as Ive worked in a couple of doctors offices and am aware that offices will try to bill your insurance for proceedures or products that they know you won't have to pay for. Unfortunately for them, me saying "no" does not put money in their pockets. I gladly took my son and paid out of pocket to get a second opinion at a dentist I researched and decided was right for him. Funny thing is, the dentist there didn't scoff at the comment I made about pushing his tooth forward, he actually told me that they tell their patients to use popsicle sticks! He also did not try to push me into getting care just because my insurance paid for it. In our household, we make sure we take care of our teeth at home so we have minimal problems going to the dentist. Another thing that concerned me was a message one of the staff left on my answering machine that talked about needing my son to come back in to get "fillins", three weeks after his cleaning. Seeing that he still had no cavities at that appointment, I called back and asked another staff member who informed me that they meant sealants. I don't know about you, but I make sure when I call our patients, I make sure I am relaying accurate information to them. I will still go back for cleanings but they have put a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) about having any other work done and I don't mind paying for quality and courtesy. I actually miss when Tara worked for them! She was the absolute sweetest to my little man and never made me feel like I was just "another dumb patient" to look down upon.
