Each preventive care visit is important for keeping tabs on oral health. Here at Casper Childrens Dental Clinic we like to reward each child for having a perfect checkup. When their dental exam shows that they have been brushing and flossing and have no cavities to report, they become a member of our No Cavity Club!

Dr. Paulson has been a board-certified pediatric dentist for over 37 years. He attended Northeast Louisiana State University for his undergraduate degree before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Louisiana State University. He also served a residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Before moving to Casper in 1986, Dr. Paulson served as the Chief of Staff of dental services at the Arkansas Childrens Hospital in Little Rock.
Casper is Dr. Paulsons adopted hometown. He has served the community in many volunteer roles over the years, including the Give Kids a Smile Free dentistry program, the Wyoming Medicaid Dental Committee, Head Start Health Services Advisory Committee, and the Natrona County Board of Health. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Central WY, Casper Youth Baseball, Delta Dental of Wyoming, and the Wyoming Symphony Orchestra.
Dr. P (as he is affectionately referred to around CCDC) is a Southern boy by birth. He is originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas and is a huge Razorback fan. He is married with two sons, 4 stepchildren, and one grandchild (still wanting more). His hobbies outside of dentistry include baseball, golf, reading, exercising, and biking. When asked what was interesting about him, Dr. P quickly responded, My Southern Drawl.
Dr. Ryne was born in Little Rock, AR but calls Casper his home. He has been practicing dentistry for six years. He achieved his undergraduate Biology degree from the University of Wyoming while also playing golf for the Cowboys. He earned his doctorate of dental surgery from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. After dental school, Dr. Ryne gained much aloha serving a two-year residency working on keiki throughout the islands of Hawaii.
Dr. Ryne and his wife Makayla have 4 children: Jacob (9), Greyson (4), Penny (just out the oven), and Boudreaux (49 dog years). Dr. Ryne and his family enjoy playing sports, staying active, camping, and enjoying Wyomings great outdoors. Dr. Ryne grew up on Alcova Lake and is quite the water skier. When hes not spending time with his family Dr. Ryne enjoys hunting, golfing, spending time at the gym, and being with friends.

We have been very impressed with Dr. Paulson and his team. They are very thorough and precise and answer every question I've had when they are caring for my children. They are very good at making my kids and myself feel at ease and like our concerns have been addressed. Overall an amazing place!! I recommend Dr. Paulson and his team 100%!

This is my dentist there caring and nice they may seem scary but they are are family too they support are teeth friends they also help with having a nice smiling mouth and they also help with our emotions when we are scared shy not happy or sad they are our helpers yet and our family our all

We've been going to this office over 2 years. Every visit had me on edge. The younger Paulson was so rude to not just us. But other people and their kids. When you ask him any questions. He assumes your not wanting to do as he pleases. He said some very hateful things to me infront of my son and everyone in the office just because the medicine didn't work on my son and he was scared. Mind you he's 8 and they were going to extract 2 teeth. Two of his staff tried to hold my son down and tried making me leave the room. I didn't allow that. So they told me to never come back and how my son must run the show at home to. Within 20 minutes of this review they called telling me they don't allow payments anymore. Then saying they will turn me into collections. Its unfortunate.

The folks at casper children's dental clinic Riverton office do an amazing job making sure my son was comfortable. Made the environment was very welcoming and pleasant. My son looks forward to going to the dentist thanks to their wonderful service and interaction. Samantha was a pleasure to work with for all the questions and concerns I had with my kiddos first trip.

The staff here are amazing with my two year old daughter who had to have cavities fill and a cap placed on one of her teeth. They were quick and did a great job. Dr. Paulson was incredible at keeping my little girl calm while he worked on her teeth.

Doctors Paulson have cared for our children's teeth for years now. They are our favorite doctors in Casper -- careful, skilled, fair, and fun to work with. One of our favorite aspects of Casper Children's Dental Clinic is the staff. The secretaries are always helpful, and our kids LOVE the hygienists! We had a lot going on today and Samantha made it feel easy to reschedule one appointment, pay for another, and get four children checked in. Thank you all for blessing our lives!

Dr Ryne has been great with my kids! My youngest has to be sedated for all her work and she asks when she gets to go to the dentist next because they are so good and she loves the friendly staff. Definitely recommend!!!

My son has had such success with Dr. Paulson and CCDC's amazing staff of caring and patient people. It took us 3 other dentists to find such a gem of a dental office. We live in a small town and wish we would have been referred here first! Only 2 visits to fix multiple teeth and get crowns. The children's waiting area is so nice, the murals on the walls are whimsical and fun, and the gizmo room where you and your child wait to have the loopy medicine kick in is private. I can't say enough great things about CCDC!!!

I have gone to Casper Children's Dental for years. I love the older Dr. Paulson but when the son took over I have since switched to another dentist in town. The younger Dr. Paulson was belligerent to me when I asked questions about the cost of certain treatments he was suggesting for my daughter. When I asked him what the treatment plan would be he said, "well I am getting that you just don't want to do this," in a demeaning and arrogant tone of voice. I am self pay, I just needed to know the treatment plan and the cost. Also, I had taken my older daughter to another office for her orthodontics, because the older Dr. Paulson suggested going elsewhere. We continued doing our cleanings at CCDC. When it came time to do the second round of braces I resumed the same treatment plan at the 2 different offices. The younger Dr. Paulson by then had taken over his dad's practice and expressed anger when he found out I was going elsewhere for her ortho. The level of professionalism with the younger Dr. Paulson is lacking. I would will not be recommending his office to anyone. It is a shame as I have been going to that office for 12 years.

I had a terrible experience with my three-year-old grandson. Needed a filling and the young doctor treated him. I wouldn't allow him to put a mercury fillings in a three-year-old and he got angry and treated my grandson terrible.I tried to tell the doctor that he was pinching his lip that was not numb with the device that he used to hold his mouth open and that was why he couldn't hold still and wouldn't stop screaming. He has the bruises to prove it. Then he refused to finish the treatment Even though he had him numbed up.I have to say that the assistant was very nice and caring. But the experience with the doctor was absolutely sickening.

Best dentist we've been to my kids like it here and dont stress about having to go get work done. Staff is friendly, the work is good, and the prices are reasonable. We have been to a few other dentist in town, and we will be staying with this one.
