Dr. Russell Casement is a Colorado native. He started his college career at University of Colorado in 1961. He subsequently received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University in 1967, where he taught clinical dentistry for 2 years as an Associate Clinical Professor. Upon graduation, Russell received the International College of Dentists award for clinical dentistry. He returned to Colorado with his family in 1969 and started his own practice that he has continued for 45+ years.
Dr. Kelley Casement is a Colorado native. She completed her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from University of California San Diego in 1997. Kelley then went on to the University of Michigan where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2003. She worked as an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of Missouri Kansas for 2 years. Kelley moved back to Colorado to join the practice in 2005.
Dr. Carson Spornhauer received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from THE Ohio State University in 2013 and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from THE Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2018. Carson then pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Dayton VA Medical Center followed by a stint in private practice in Cincinnati. As an Ohio native, Carson is now excited to serve the Denver Community alongside the Casement Dental team.

Best dentist I ever had. Fast and friendly. Front desk people were very nice and so was the hygienist. They offered me in house financing, I don't know if they still do that. Dr. Casement explained the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I HATE NEEDLES in my mouth, but who doesn't? Don't forget to ask for a parking pass!

Dr Casement corrected an issue with a poor fitting crown that was a result of another dentist. I experienced excellent care since and wished I visited with her initially.

Do not visit Doctor casement. She is dishonest and does not take responsibility for contracted dentists working in her office. In addition she is devious, deceptive and negligent in her dental practice.

the casement dentistry has been my #1 goto when it comes to MY TEETH in my opinion the casements have showed me compassion professionalism an great work ethic an have done everything possible to help me keep my teeth healthy n keep a smile on my face i have much love an respect for the casements they are genuine an caring i have moved an changed insurances just so i could have the casements keep taking care of my teeth they truely are the best family dentists i have ever had the pleasure of knowing me an my teeth THANK them for all they have done to keep my teeth an my smile looking great i have truely never met better dentists then the casements an ive been walking this earth for 49 yrs. they always have done quality work on my teeth i only like the best thats why i stay with the casements for they're the best denver metro area has to offer maybe even the state of colorado but that my opinion if you are lucky enough to know them an the great work they provide consider yourself blessed an in great hands #stillsmiling

Front desk staff Katherine has Worst Attitude Ever I was told soonest appointment was 3 months out. I asked twice to speak with Kelley Casement was told she does not return calls. Imagine What Kind of Customer Service is That? No Service. Finally appointment after 3 months wait was today.I called to advise bad traffic jam would be 10 minutes late Nasty Rude Katherine says will have to reschedule appointment.Asked to speak to Kelley Casement Refused to see me. Find Another Dentist Can Not Recommend This Place.

I have been going to Dr. Russell Casement since I was a child, my one and only dentist my entire life. He provides great service and his daughter Kelly is carrying on the tradition. My children now go to her and love her. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good family dentist.

When I started seeing Dr. Casement (Kelly) it was for an emergency root canal. Having been new to town I did not have a dentist and they were able to take me within a few hours in that same day. Truly exceptional care! I have never had a bad experience now in over 4 years as a patient here. They are gentle and careful, while providing top notch dental care.
