Dr. Timothy Case graduated with Special Distinction and High Honors from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2001. He received the American College of Dentists (Florida Section) Award for Professionalism. Dr. Case then served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. While on active duty, Dr. Case served as Acting Company Commander, member of the Dental Forensics Team, and Chief of Endodontics, Taylor Dental Clinic. He received the Army Commendation Medal for his service as Chief of Oral Surgery at the Taylor Dental Clinic. He completed active and reserve duty service at the rank of Major.
Dr. Case then served in the National Health Service Corps as the Dental Director of a Community Health Center from program inception to implementation. Following this service, Dr. Case entered private practice, founding Case Dental Care, PLLC at the base of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2006.
Dr. Case is a member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Society (a constituent of the American Dental Association), the Tennessee Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Fdration Dentaire Internationale.
Well respected in his field, Dr. Case is a four-time winner of the A.C.E. Award, given by the Tennessee Dental Association for attaining high levels of approved continuing education. In addition, Dr. Case was honored to be awarded the 2015 Distinguished Alumni of the Year, Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.

They are very rude there! I was filling out a form for them and didnt have all the information so they said I was being hostile and send out the Dr to tell me that you can go somewhere else for just saying I didn't have the information needed because I am not the primary parent

Mr. Case is very fraudulent!! He will just polish the front of your teeth. When I questioned him he denied it like I wasn't even there. I He doesn't even have a hygienist. This is the worst dentist!!

Everyone was so attentive. Great receptionist, great DA, and very nice Dr.Case made my kids feel at ease. I would totally recommend.

Dr. Case was very nice and made my almost 8 year old son feel very at ease. He kept telling my son what a great job he was doing and how good he was being. And Dr. Case thanked us many times for coming in. He really made us feel welcomed and at home which is so nice when you have a child that gets nervous at the dentist. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful as well! The office was able to get us in quickly due to my son being in severe pain. We appreciate your kindness and warm welcoming Dr. Case and office staff! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend this office! I also like the mini theatre room for kids to hang out it. Super cute!

Dr Case and his staff are the best. They are accommodating and friendly. They look my child (7 years old) in the eye when she's telling them things and sharing stories. They came in and knew my name. They addressed my concerns from a previous appointment ithout me having to even bring it up. Dr. Case is knowledgeable and compassionate and really cares about the kids and parents.

So very thankful we found this dental office. Professional, prompt and very caring! They do not leave you waiting all day and don't try to sell you services that you can't afford. Very disappointed and surprised by my experience. Dentist and his office were very unprofessional, lying to me about a "last minute" family issue in order to cancel my appointment once they realized I was paying out of pocket instead of using insurance. Really bizarre, they even told me he wasn't at the office but he was just in the back. Not in the mood to play hide and seek with a professional dentist just to get my teeth cleaned.

My daughter has been going to this dentist office since she was 2 and gets so excited to go. Hands down the best dentist office ever ! The staff are so good to my daughter she has an awesome experience every single time. My youngest will go to this dentist office once she hits 2. Dr. Case is the best !
