Over 100 years experience on our team. Dr Cascio is a certified Invisalign provider. Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to move teeth comfortably and without needing conventional braces. He is also trained in conscious sedation with nitrous oxide in order to make his patients as comfortable as possible!
Dr. John Cascio has lived in central Indiana for over 40 years, he grew up in Chicago, south suburbs. He first attended Loyola University of Chicago, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then moved to Central Indiana, where he attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Butler University. As he worked for a few years as a Hospital Pharmacist, he was also attending Indiana University School of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1987.
Dr. Cascio has been practicing for 31 years. He enjoys helping Hoosiers with their smiles. He cares about his patients and provides everyone with individualized care. He puts his patients at ease with his kind demeanor and listens carefully to what his patients have to say.
Dr. Cascio enjoys his yearly vacation to the great wilderness of the US and Canadian border to canoe and camp. When he is home, he enjoys Astro photography and always appreciates a clear sky at night. He also loves spending time with his wife, Mary Ann. Between them, they have 4 beautiful and accomplished daughters, Claire, Lauren, Caitlin and Tessa. They also share 4 grandchildren and always enjoy having them spend the weekend!

After having a not so good experience at my other dentist office. Shaylah was supper nice and made sure I was okay when doing my fillings. Kay was supper gentle when doing a deep clean it was so relaxing. And Dr. Cascio was really nice and made me feel better about going to the dentist.

Went to an emergency dentist appointment in 2021, did a "root canal", but didn't properly fill the hole. My face swoll up, went somewhere else and they told me the procedure was done horribly, and my tooth had to be extracted.

Don't like the fact that I can't go back with my son and forced to stay in the waiting room and then he was rude with my son

If you want to get torchered then go ahead he made me cry filling in a pinhole and he made fun of me he is not a good dentist and he forced my mouth open and he doesn't take pictures of your teeth to see if you have a cavity so he is probably filling in the wrong things

My gf needed emergency extraction they got her in that day! She didn't feel a thing n they provided great aftercare!

Dr. Cascio did a root canal about a year ago. I called the office a few times and complained about still having pain and was told that there was no way. I asked if he could have left some of the root and was told no "not possible". Well that tooth cracked last night. I got into a dentist in Richmond this morning, guess what? The tooth had to be pulled and some of the root was left in from the so called root canal that Dr Cascio did. It costs me $750. Thanks for nothing!!

All of the staff, as well as Dr. Cascio were as caring as they were competent. Dr. Cascio was extremely good with my pain management. I experienced no pain during or after the procedures. I would not hesitate to recommend the dental office of John Cascio D.D.S. to my family or friends.
