Dr. Ramtin Amini absolute BEST!! 4 different Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons called my case impossible and too high risk of wisdom tooth extraction to take on (I somehow had 6 wisdom teeth, 4 of which were highly impacted and deep in the jaw bone)...until I met Dr. Ramtin Amini. He was patient, flexible, understanding, caring, and supremely confident from start to finish! Him and his staff also called me several times post-op to see how I was doing. Dr. Amini took on my case and with all his years of training and experience, it was obvious that he was the only person who could successfully do the procedure. Smooth recovery, and so much love for you and your caring and charming team who all made me feel so cared for. Truly one of the best. Thank you!!!

I have fairly severe anxiety, specifically around medical procedures, and even more specifically around oral procedures. I had to fast track my wisdom tooth extraction (all 4). I called Cascadia on Friday, and was able to get schedule as a first time patient for the following Monday with Dr. Wang! I showed up early and they were able to get me in early- I felt everyone in the office was confident and kind which helped my nerves. I asked to be put to sleep during the procedure, I've never had any kind of surgery so the entire process was new to me. I began to shake fairly badly from nerves after the IV was placed. Within minutes of the IV being placed I was calm and fading- I remember having a pad placed between my teeth and the next thing I knew, I was waking up in the chair! They had the same person that greeted me also push me out in a wheelchair, which I found really helpful being familiar with the person I woke up to. They made sure that the person there to drive me was the correct person- and helped me into the car. I was sent with extra gauze, a solution to rinse the wounds with +a syringe to assist, pain management (I have opted to stick with OTC pain management- though the fact that they sent me with prescribed pain management is great) as well as anti nausea pills which are VERY necessary. I asked for tips on nutrient dense foods to eat during the next few days, and I was given recommendations I would have not thought of, like finely ground beef and soft noodles. I'm only on day 2 so I may update with healing details if necessary, but so far I feel lucky to not have too much pain! Over all, for an anxiety ridden person who has a history of avoiding the dentist, I found that this experience has made me feel more likely to be proactive about my oral health.

I know this review is long, but please read it through before choosing this dental office, so you don't have to go through what I went through. I could've gone to Swedish and gotten my oral surgery done for free since my insurance covers it, but I came to this office because of the good reviews. Both of my wisdom teeth were removed by Dr.Amini. After the procedure, I couldn't eat or even close my mouth fully for a WEEK which is not normal usually; after 3rd day, you should be able to close your mouth at least. Inside my cheeks were bumpy full of infection, which was why I couldn't close my mouth. I called and talked to one of the assistants I wanted to get checked by dr, but she said it's normal and there's no need!! After two weeks, I could still not close my mouth or eat anything. I went to the office to check it this time. The Dr said that it was infected and medication would not treat it, and we had to do an extraction, which was the most painful thing in my life since the infection was blocking the numbing solution from working and I could feel everything, the literally had to cut through my gums. After the infection extraction, they said don't use syringe until day 4, I listened, and the day after, I had another infection!!!!! And had to go through the same procedure and pain again. Second-time, after infection extraction dr, said to wash it right away with a syringe when the bleeding stops!!! Long story short, one says one thing, the other says something else. Until today, a month after my surgery, I still can't open my mouth fully, and I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I shared my experience with the manager, and she blamed me for getting infected!!! After the first infection extraction, they said don't wash it with a syringe until day 4, and it got infected the day after. How can that be my fault? Overall I had the worst experience and went through so much pain. Just wanted to share my experience with others through this review.

Dr. Amini was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. I immediately felt at ease and confident in receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Amini recently removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth; I didnt feel a thing & my recovery went well. I highly recommend Cascadia as everyone in office goes above & beyond to take care of patients. Thank you Dr Amini, Im forever grateful to you & your team!

Excellent team and top notch work! Thanks to the great team for your craft and services. Phase 1 of the work is done. Part 2 tbd (4 mos from now). Dental surgery is no place to skimp and find a deal... To anyone meeting dental work done, I would highly recommend cascadia oral and facial surgeons, especially Dr Austin Gaal.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was extremely nervous for my tooth extraction because I am pregnant and had to be awake for the procedure. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. I was worried for no reason! Completely painless experience. Dr Gall and Lily are so kind and informative. They really listened to me and answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I am very satisfied with my visit today to Cascadia Oral & Facial Surgeons. I was in pain and called several oral surgeon offices. They were the only ones with same day visit treatment. The staff was wonderful. The office was clean. No wait time. Tamera the dental assistant was so nice. Dr. Wang is amazing! He made me feel at ease. Both were easy and fun to talk to. The numbing wasn't bad at all. Dr. Wang took my tooth out so fast and painlessly! I definitely would recommend him!! If I need another extraction (crossing fingers that I won't) in the future I will come here again.

The front staff was very efficient and was able to fit me in quickly for an evaluation (and I ended up getting treatment done on the same day too!) The office is very well maintained, clean and socially distanced. I felt very safe visiting Cascadia during the pandemic. Dr. Wang and Sherry were very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. My wisdom tooth extraction was quick and painless! Thank you for the great experience. Highly recommend!

5 stars for doctor and -3 stars for staff. Staff doesn't seem to know much about insurance and procedure cost breakdown. The response I received was very vague. The worst part about their front desk is that they told me my initial appt of wisdom teeth evaluation wasn't covered by insurance, and he claimed "he has been on the phone with my insurance for quite some time but my insurance never gave him a clear response whether it's covered or not". Thus he Charged me $59 dollars upfront for evaluation and said he will submit the claim to insurance and will refund me if my insurance ends up paying. LIE. After two months, I double checked with my insurance, he never submitted the claim to my insurance. Okay! I didn't want to waste my time to call them back over $59 dollars because I'll never ever going back to this place or recommend anybody to this place if their staff doesn't live up to their integrity. However, what upsets me is that I just received a piece of paper from this place, saying I owe $179.20 without any backup. Nothing at all! just a plain o' piece of paper saying I owe $179.20. Come on, are you doing the same thing to everyone who owes you money? Mail patients a piece of paper with X amount of owe without any evidence and expect patients to pay?

Dr. Gaal, Tamra, and my other nurse were all very kind. I was very nervous, especially since I have never gone under anesthesia without my parent. They helped relaxe me and made sure they went slow to not overwhelm me. I am very grateful for their kindness! I do wish that they warned me about jaw pain, but other than that, a great experience!

Cascadia is a professional, clean, and modern dental practice. The staff are welcoming and provided great customer service. I had a fractured tooth that required extraction and a subsequent dental implant surgery. After inquiring with several other dentists, I thought Cascadia's prices were very reasonable and they took my insurance. They appeared to use the latest medical equipment as well. Dr. Amini and Dr. Wang both consulted on my case. The surgery went very well and my wound healed without any problems. Post surgery, both doctors followed up with me personally to make sure I was recovering comfortably. Overall, I highly recommend Cascadia.

I took my elderly mother to see Dr. Ramtin Amini. My mother has many health issues and is prone to complications. Dr. Amini was wonderful with her and she had no problems at all after her surgery. She received two call-ins within 24 hours from Dr. Amini and his staff to make sure she was doing well after her surgery. The staff at Cascadia were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Amini and Cascadia Oral & Facial Surgeons.

Nobody likes to have their wisdom teeth taken out. I was so nervous but Dr. Wang worked his magic. He was professional and clear in explaining the procedure, risks, and the aftercare of the surgery. His assistant Tamra was incredibly helpful and attentive. My surgery went super smoothly and healed without any complications. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and Cascadia!

Went there for my mom's treatment. Dr. Amini was very patient and knowledgeable and treated us the best way possible. Even though her case was pretty complicated, he was figuring out things on the way and made the problem go away in that day. Didn't have any complications. Me and my mom are very happy. Definitely recommed seeing Dr. Amini.
