Francis Del Cid has lived in Northern Virginia for over 25 years. She has been an integral part of our amazing work family since 2007. Francis always puts patients needs and concerns first. She lives in Manassas with her daughter Sophie and their cute 4 lb dog Khloe. In her free time she likes to watch Netflix, go to the movies and workout at the gym.
Patti has been part of our team since 2015 helping to change peoples lives and smiles. She has worked in dentistry for over 25 years, starting as a dental assistant and moving into a front office role. Patti grew up in Washington DC and Maryland, eventually moving to Virginia after over 10 years traveling with her husband as an entertainer in a music and magic show! She loves to spend time with her family and friends, doing crafts and baking as well as volunteering at schools.
Rosie has been a dental assistant for over 15 years. She is originally from Mexico and has been living in Northern Virginia for 25 years. Rosie strives to always listen to her patients and attend to their needs. She enjoys making a difference in peoples lives and helping them reach their goal to optimum oral health.
Claudia D. is a wonderful member of our hygiene team. She loves what she does and has a gentle touch which makes patients very comfortable. She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years, obtaining a dental hygiene certificate in Chile in 2005 and again in 2017 from Northern Virginia Community College. Claudia is passionate about her career and often volunteers for Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a Smile, and HOPE projects where she provides free dental care to underprivileged communities. Claudias goal is to educate and provide excellent care to her patients In her spare time Claudia enjoys walks with her dog Romeo, hiking, traveling and experiencing new cultures.
Dr. Shreyesh Ruparelia is one of the top dental implant surgeons in the country. His passion for his profession and care for his patients have led him to become a leader in the field of modern dentistry. Dr. Ruparelia has a fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Ruparelia received his bachelor of science in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Maryland and doctor of dental surgery from the University of Maryland Dental School. During his final year, he went on to complete a competitive prosthodontic clerkship program, where he received advanced training in dental implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and cosmetic dentistry.
Skilled and trained in all areas of dentistry, Dr. Ruparelia is certified in sedation dentistry, Invisalign braces, and laser dentistry. He has devoted himself to perfecting the art of restorative dentistry and full-mouth dental implants. To date, he has performed hundreds of full-mouth implant procedures and has placed thousands of individual and partial implants.
Dedicated to providing the best possible dental care, Dr. Ruparelia has committed himself to continued study and advanced trainings in the field of modern dentistry. He has studied with the esteemed Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education, has completed extensive work with leading experts on dental implants at the Misch Institute, and has received additional training on advanced bone and soft tissue grafting at the renowned Pikos Implant Institute.
An active member in the dental community, Dr. Ruparelia holds memberships with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Association, and the Virginia Dental Association.

This is a truly excellent dental practice; I've been going for over 16 years, and have had nothing but great experiences. The office is exceptionally clean and presentable, and a lot of the technology is pretty modern and cool. The staff, from the front office staff (like Francis) to the dental hygienists to the doctors, are all very friendly and attentive. They seem to choose their hygienists carefully, since I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with them. My current hygienist, Yang, is truly a rock star. She is very methodical and thorough. If she encounters any issues, she will explain them patiently and using plain language, but also (most importantly for me) without making it seem like the issue is a category 5 emergency. Which means that she's encouraging, but not unnecessarily pushy. She gives me treatment options that are reasonable and will take care of the issue well. She also consults with the doctor (the one usually assigned to me is Dr. Edelbi) and together they take the time to explain things to me in a way that seems effective, caring, and cost effective. A+ all around. Ah, yes, the cost effective part; after you're done with the hygienist (and doctor), the front office staff will discuss treatment options with you from a cost perspective. And they're VERY thorough and explain all the nuances of the parts that insurance will pay, the parts that are out of pocket, etc. This is all great and when you leave, as you carry your little bag of dental goodies (toothbrush/toothpaste/etc), you have a great understanding of what you need to do and how much it will cost. I honestly can't compare this practice to any others in the area, because with Cascades Dental, I don't feel the need to go anywhere else.

Today I had an outstanding experience at Cascades Dental! The entire staff is welcoming and professional. From the time that I booked the appointment Francis has been very helpful. Rosie is a superb assistant, she cleaned my retainer very well and gave me great advice for selecting my next model. Dr. Edelbi is a great dentist, she made an adjustment on my retainer that seems to help. She also gave me good, honest advice and options for my upcoming order. I look forward to seeing the practice again, thank you!

I've been going to this office for many years. All 3 of my children and my wife use this practice, also. The original dentist sold his practice to Cascades and, luckily, I haven't had much reason to need work from the new dentists. Claudia, my hygienist, is great. I see her every 3 months. Frankly, she's the main reason that I'm still driving all the way from Dale City to Centreville and enduring Rt. 28 traffic. Rosie, who handles the children, is excellent, also.

I had my teeth cleaned by Claudia today. She did a great job and so personable! I actually enjoy going to the dentist ( well to see the staff). I have been going to this dental practice for over 20 years. I have had several procedures but my last one caused me much anxiety. I had heard so many horror stories from people who have gone to other practices. Everything went according to plan and I know it is because of the very professional and knowledgeable team. Dr. Edelbi is very kind and soft spoken. I am instantly relaxed in her care and and know I'm in great hands. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Actually I could talk to them all day but they are at work! I recommend cascade dental to everyone!

Not only is she personable, but she is very considerate, thorough in her work and applies her expertise. The whole staff that I encountered are nice and pleasant. Dr. Edelbi and all of the staff are professional and personable - friendly. Each member of the team are knowledgeable and experienced. Dental care and orthodontic care are top notch. As one, who, as a child, was afraid and hated to go to the dentist, I am thankful for the level of care Cascades Dental of Centreville provides. They are masters at removing fear from you as the patient. It is a much more pleasant experience than my childhood dental care memories.

We are a family of 6 and have been patients here for A LONG TIME. With their knowledge and attention to detail, I know that we are in good hands. From cleanings to orthodontics and everything in between, they are top-notch professionals using state-of-the-art technology, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They have become like family and the fact is, we all love going to the dentist...and you don't find that just anywhere.

I hate going to the dentist. Cascades dental makes it more than just a barable experience. The people, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the dentist themselves, are wonderful, enjoyable, talented people who sincerely try to make your visit a pleasant experience. You are a person, not just a mouth. They explain what they are doing and why and give multiple options for pain control (local, gas, sedation). They are willing to accommodate any schedule, deal with any insurance and work around any special needs or quirks the patient may have. I've had cleanings, fillings, crowns, chipped teeth and Invisalign done through this office over the last few years and I continue to go back with a smile!

I have a great review for the staff as a whole. My dentist Dr. Adelbi is highly knowledge, professional, and has a great rapport with the patients. My hygienist, Claudia is also highly skilled. She is gentle and does a very thorough job and educates you on how to maintain your teeth at home. Rosa is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful, and makes you feel at home. Patti does an outstanding job at the front desk and coordinates extremely well and has a good rapport with customers. I can't say enough about Francis who helps me with financial options and maximizes my insurance benefits. I have never had this high level of dental service and professionalism before. I truly thank God for this team.

The team at Cascades Dental were amazing. I haven't visited the Dentist since Covid started, so going back I was a little nervous about the health of my teeth. Mrs. Yang was my dental technician and was very thorough, while having a gentle touch. Both Dr. Edelbi and Mrs. Yang were very helpful and were able to answer any questions I had. By far the best experience I have had at the dentists.
