Excellent experience! Dr. Phillip Mann and his assistant Rhawnie (sp?) were very professional as well as very caring in the extraction of one of my upper back molars. I also appreciated that during the following week either he or his assistant phoned me three times to check on how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Mann. Recently I needed an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Philip Mann and the whole staff at Cascade Oral & Facial Surgery were highly professional, thoughtful, and kind. I immediately felt at ease with Dr. Mann because he carefully listened to me then explained, in understandable terms, what he would be doing. His in-depth knowledge, expertise, and years of experience were clearly evident. I also greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness and expertise of his assistants. The front desk staff were likewise professional, helpful, and kind. I am very satisfied with the medical and special care I got at Cascade Oral & Facial Surgery and can highly recommend it.

I worked in Dentistry for years; if you are in need of his services don't even think of going anywhere else! Dr Mann is the BEST! If I lived in another state I would fly in to have him do my work! His entire staff is very well trained and professional also. A level of excellence you rarely see!

I've lived with dental trauma for my whole life. I was in need of assistance and was referred to Cascade Oral & Facial Surgery by a trusted friend. From my initial phone call to set up a consultation I was thrilled. R.J. was professional, personable, and patient. It takes a lot of dedication and skill to make a patient feel listened to. All of my my concerns and challenges were met with understanding and positivity. When it came time for my consultation appointment, I was thrilled by the location, the way I was greeted upon entering, and then how quickly I was taken back to a room. It felt like a well organized business and the caliber of the staff helped me to courageously take the leap. At the conclusion of my consultation, I opted for a tooth extraction via sedation (another appointment was needed to be scheduled of course, but that was understandable since sedation is serious business). When it came time for the extraction, this clinic changed the way I think and feel about oral surgery. I can't begin to thank them for how much they have helped me, not only with my tooth, but in helping me to feel less anxiety around dental work. Highly recommended!

Dr. Mann and his staff at Cascade Oral are excellent! I've needed their care a few times now, unfortunately. They have been nothing less than kind, friendly, flexible and fully professional each and every visit. I cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Mann is excellent at what he does!

I had extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth at age 49. I was very apprehensive about the procedure. Everyone at Cascade was very welcoming, professional, and reassuring. They provide a calm environment where I felt very cared for by Ronnie, Ashley, and Dr. Dennis. I had no bruising, very little swelling, and much less pain than I thought I would. Friends and family are amazed! I highly recommend Cascade, if you must have oral surgery!

In my (many) over-60-year interactions with Dentistry my experience with Cascade was so very impressive. Not only were two teeth extractions done by Dr. Mann with virtually no pain, I was done and calling for my ride home in about 1/2 hour! In addition, both Dr. Mann and his Assistant (as well as the reception staff) very much eased the anxiety I had going into the appointment with their calmly competent manner (and they even provided a warm blanket, which was amazingly soothing and relaxing!)

My 8-year old daughter needed to have some baby teeth removed early due to some orthodontic concerns. Dr. Mann with Cascade Oral and Facial Surgery was recommended by both our dentist and our orthodontist. With informed input from Dr. Mann, we wanted to complete the procedure without using general anesthesia if possible (with preference for laughing gas) and the only way I knew it would be successful for a child is if they let my daughter be in control and be comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Mann and the entire clinic staff treated my daughter (and I) with respect and compassion. They understand how to communicate with my daughter and address any anxieties. The procedure was a success including an easy recovery and no follow-up issues. The front staff are easy to contact and communicate with and scheduling the procedure was quick without a long wait. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Mann to anyone needing oral or facial surgery, including children.

Excellent service. Appointments were honored on the dot. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Mann is an excellent doctor. Explained procedure in detail. Performed the procedure very quickly. Minimal pain afterward. Was very careful about checking at each stage that wound was properly healing. Very satisfied with result. Recommend without reservation.

I was in for wisdom teeth removal. By far the best experience I have ever had with any medical or dental office. Helped squeeze me in for a consultation early due to horrible mouth pain, contacted my insurance for me and were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly in a fashion that made sense. I will recommend this place to anyone I know that needs any dental work done that they can do.

Dr.Mann came highly recommended for good reason. He was extremely competent, professional, and understanding. His relaxed manner and ability to make myself and my daughter feel heard was also very appreciated. His follow up was equally impressive and we felt cared for throughout the entire experience. While I cannot say we look forward to having any other medical procedures in the future, if we do, we absolutely will get help from Dr. Mann.
