This place is amazing. They have so much compassion when dealing with tough issues. My oldest struggles with anxiety and I've got an almost 3 year old that needs special Attention to her teeth. I can't thank them enough for being kind and not making me feel like garbage. Thank you to all of the people there. They are just incredible.

We originally loved this office when we were seeing Dr. Emily. She was the only dentist my son had ever seen. She had great bedside manner and was great with my son. However my son just recently went for a check up and we were never informed that ownership had changed and that Dr. Emily no longer worked there. Huge lack of communication there. Kids need familiarity, especially in a dental setting which can seem scary for younger kids. I don't feel my son or I connected well with the new male dentist. It also really rubbed me the wrong way that the paperwork we received at the end of the visit is trying to push his personal website and book on parents. The visit felt very hectic and I couldn't hear anything he was saying with the assistant handing me stuff, the movie blaring, my son fussing and squirming, and him talking. It was very overwhelming. Well then, during our visit I had asked if the door to the room could remain shut because anyone who works with toddlers knows they like to try and take off. The dental assistant said sure, but then at the end of the appointment while I'm trying to juggle all of the papers, the goodie bag and everything else, the door was left wide open. Sure enough, my kid sprints out. And then to top it off, there was a billing issue and the billing manager never called me back despite persistent calling for a week to get it resolved. Thankfully it was finally resolved, but the communication with this office is nonexistent.

My daughter had an extremely traumatizing experience at another dentist, and was pretty scared to come to the dentist again. I can not tell you how happy I am with our experience at this office! The staff is beyond friendly from start to finish, and Dr. Emily was so informative, carrying, and charismatic with my daughter! 100% would recommend her to anyone with hesitant children, and just overall in general!

I am so grateful to have met Dr. Pham. Her assistants and office staff have been incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. My son had a great experience. Due to some insurance changes we no longer could go to our Pediatric Dentist, however he assured me that Dr. Pham was going to take good care of my family and she has certainly made me feel confident of this. I highly recommend her. One meeting with Cascade Kids Dentist and you will know what I mean.

I am very happy we found our dental home. Everyone from the front staff to the back were amazing! For having nervous kids, they handled them well. Dr.Emily was patient and gentle with my kids. When we left they said "I want to go back to that dentist". And that is a first. Highly recommend this dental office!

Knowledgeable. Friendly and professional staff. Very clean. Our 21 month old child who is usually afraid of doctor's offices was very comfortable being around Dr. Emily and staff. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Cascade Kids dentist is warm, professional & a whole lot of fun for kids!! They go above & beyond to show they care about your family & my kids loved the fun prizes, cartoons during appt, kid-friendly teaching on tooth care. I loved the clean, modern office features, quality care & a wonderful, caring staff!

I will never come back to this place again. Ended up being charged almost $300 out of pocket for a routine cleaning paid at time of service. Then a few months later received a statement in the mail saying that I owed amount that was already paid in house. Have been trying every day for weeks go get ahold of someone in billing, no one ever answers or calls back. Worst customer service ever. I will tell everyone I know not to ever use this place due to incompetence and the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I feel so fortunate to find this amazing place! Dr. Emily and her staff are top notch professionals that truly want the best for my kids. My kids for the first time in a long time look forward to their appointments. Dr. Emily, goes above and beyond when it comes to working even with the most difficult kids and has lots of tricks under her sleeve. All the staff love what they do and that shines through! Thank you

Cascade kids has gone above and beyond to get both my children in and out of the office in a safe clean manner ! They also helped my daughter get an emergency appointment and kept her calm and happy to the fullest extent! We are blessed by having such amazing woman working there with such big hearts , and such professionalism! Thank you

I have to say that the staff and Dentist were excellent in every sense of me matter. Tammy guided me though all the way and was very pleasant and professional. The dental assistants were kind and gentle with my granddaughters and made them feel comfortable. The Dentist was very informative and helpful with Orthodontist referrals I required. All in all I have to be completely honest that this Dentist office was the best I have ever dealt with, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a kids dentist.

We had a really good dental experience coming to Cascade Kids Dentist. The ladies at this office were amazing! Dr. Emily had a treatment plan and made sure to explain what's best for the kiddos. My children are young and she was willing to work with them without anesthesia despite 3 other dental places saying it was the only option. Both kids did great and looked forward to coming back to each visit. My daughter wouldn't stop talking about Dr. Emily and her assistants because she loved them so much. There are TVs in the rooms for the children to watch cartoons during the treatment. Really cute woodland theme in the building. If all dental offices would be like this. Blessings to you Dr. Emily!
