Dr. Winward is excited to be living in Utah and serving the people in this community. He grew up in Utah and attended Utah State University where he met and married the love of his life. After graduating he moved with his family to Las Vegas (UNLV) to pursue his dental education.
While in Las Vegas, he earned his DMD in General Dentistry and was awarded a highly competitive scholarship through the Air Force. He was also named top clinical dentist in his team during school. After graduating from UNLV he did an additional year of residency training to be able to have experience in all aspects of general dentistry. He was named the top resident during his time at Nellis Air Force base and was awarded his number 1 choice of bases to be stationed at following his residency.
Following his residency he served as a dentist in the United States Air Force in Georgia. While there he was exposed again to all aspects of dental care while serving the men and women on active duty. Once his time in the Air Force was complete he made his way back to Utah and was fortunate enough to find a great fit with Cascade Family Dental. Dr Winward plans on using all the skills and knowledge gained in his experiences to better serve the people of Payson and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Baird loves serving people and being a part of the community. He grew up in Utah and attended Brigham Young University. After BYU, Dr. Baird moved his family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania so he could attend Temple University.
Dr. Baird was very excited to begin a new practice in which he was able to take all that he had learned over the years and combine it with the latest advances in the dental field to create a truly unique dental experience.

Had a filling break off. When I called, I was told they would fit me in for X-ray and filling. However, that was not the case. Being a single parent and working as a manger at the hospital, taking time off from work is a huge hardship for me. I have to coordinate babysitter, lose income or find ways to makeup those hours. When I complained, they said they couldn't do anything about it and told me what days they could do. Meaning another day off work and babysitters. Plus I live 20 minutes away. I had kept this office as my dentist because of the good experience I had in the past. I will be switching dentists now for sure. Disappointing.
