Dr. Winward is excited to be living in Utah and serving the people in this community. He grew up in Utah and attended Utah State University where he met and married the love of his life. After graduating he moved with his family to Las Vegas (UNLV) to pursue his dental education.
While in Las Vegas, he earned his DMD in General Dentistry and was awarded a highly competitive scholarship through the Air Force. He was also named top clinical dentist in his team during school. After graduating from UNLV he did an additional year of residency training to be able to have experience in all aspects of general dentistry. He was named the top resident during his time at Nellis Air Force base and was awarded his number 1 choice of bases to be stationed at following his residency.
Following his residency he served as a dentist in the United States Air Force in Georgia. While there he was exposed again to all aspects of dental care while serving the men and women on active duty. Once his time in the Air Force was complete he made his way back to Utah and was fortunate enough to find a great fit with Cascade Family Dental. Dr Winward plans on using all the skills and knowledge gained in his experiences to better serve the people of Payson and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Baird loves serving people and being a part of the community. He grew up in Utah and attended Brigham Young University. After BYU, Dr. Baird moved his family to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania so he could attend Temple University.
Dr. Baird was very excited to begin a new practice in which he was able to take all that he had learned over the years and combine it with the latest advances in the dental field to create a truly unique dental experience.

Our family has been going to Cascade Dental for years. They do a very thorough job of cleaning our teeth and are very gentle with filling cavities and doing crowns. When my 5-year-old had nine cavities they referred us to South Valley pediatric dentist next door so that he could be asleep and they could do all of them at once. Today we went back to Cascade for a checkup. He loves their play area and did great with his exam. No cavities! Yea!

Overall, this experience was friendly and good. I just wish the dentist would spend more than 15 seconds looking at the x-rays and my info before he says out loud that he's almost on his way out the door.

The office was very nice and the staff was wonderful! I got my teeth cleaned by McKenzie and it was the best cleaning I've ever had. The dentist I saw was Dr. Allred and he was great. I highly recommend this office.

Life happens. A $75.00 cancelation fee is outrageous! We have pulled all our business from them. Our new practice only charges $25 because they understand things happen. That's called human decency. Cascade has no problem taking money from families to fill their pockets. They have plenty of clients to fill spots. I highly do not recommend. They claim I missed an appointment (I knew nothing about, don't remember ever setting it) and charged me this ridiculous fee. Just terrible!
