Dr. Woolsey and his helper elves were amazing. Competent, quick, gentle, and friendly. What more could you ask for? Their office was very high-tech, fancy equipment, most impressive. If you need a simple or complicated root canal, these guys have what it takes.

I usually don't post a review. However, the experience I had at this office was exceptional. It is definitely worth five stars. I had an emergency root canal needed because I had limited time to be in the area. They accommodated me quickly. One day for an exam and the following day for the procedure. Dr. Burner was fantastic. All through the process the staff and their professionalism and kindness were exceptional. My procedure went as planned.

This was my second time being here, first was for a root canal and this time was for a rebuild. And I will keep coming back as long as I have dental issues. The front office staff is very pleasant and works with you on scheduling. The dental assistants are very friendly and know exactly what to do. And Dr. Woolsey is an amazing dentist and a master of his craft. I would give this clinic 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

I had a Root Canal yesterday in this office. Dr. Bitner did the Root Canal. Two of my roots were calcified and was very difficult to remove. Dr. Bitner was So Awesome! Although it was difficult to remove the roots he did it! Thank You Dr. Bitner! You are Amazing!!

Dr. Bitner performed a root canal on me this morning. The entire process was positive. From greeting upon my arrival, to prep performed by his assistant, to the actual root canal procedure, care was top notch. And, before and after the procedure, Dr. Bitner and his assistant answered all my questions in detail, with genuine concern. Highly recommend.

I had a rootcanal retreated by Dr. Woolsey about 2 months ago. He is really great at what he does, listens to you and very caring. I have never felt rushed during my appointments. I'm currently pregnant and Dr. Woolsey has been very accommodating, careful and making sure I feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend him for any endodontic/dental work!

I hate any dental work, but was referred here for a root canal. Saw Dr. Woolsey him and his assistant where so professional. It wasn't a easy root canal as part was very tender and inflamed and a extra root. Dr Woolsey was very reassuring, with reassuring shoulder rubs. Made me feel he really did care and understood. When I would react cause it hurt he would give me more numbing stuff even though lip was numb. The office staff was excellent as well as I didn't have the part my insurance wouldn't pay allowing me to make payments, which isn't the policy. I felt taken care of, and hopefully won't see them again for a long time!!

Dr. Paparcuri and all of the assistants were fantastic! When she wasn't 100% happy with the initial root canal she double checked her schedule and spent an extra 30 minutes with perfection in mind. This was my first root canal and while I'd rather never have another one done, I would happily return to Cascade Endodontic. Edit - I should add that they had some of the best indoor Covid protocols I have seen yet. I greatly appreciated everything from the attentive sanitization between clients at the check-out counter to the air scrubbers in each individual room.

I was in alot of pain, they slid me right in same day. My procedure was pain free and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Not a place you want to be but, if you need to its the place to go for sure.

Was referred to them for a root canal. Dr. Paparcuri did a great job! She explained what needed to happen. During the procedure she told me what was needed and made me feel very comfortable. If I need another one this is where I will come.

Cascade Endodontic Group is very professional from the moment you walk in the door, exam, x-rays, numbing, attitude and root canal I was very impressed. They have two TV's on the ceiling. Root canals are expensive the bill was a little less than I was expecting. Daniel was very thorough in his exam and explanation of what he was going to do. I would highly recommend them

I just had a root canal today, and so far it feels good. Really I want to review the excellent customer service and patient care I received. I struggle with dental anxiety, and they were very patient and caring. Regularly checked on me to make sure that I was doing good and felt calm. A root canal is never a pleasant experience but it's was the best experience I could have. From the check in, X-rays, numbing, to the root canal EVERYONE was fantastic!
