Dr. Joshua Rice is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. Benefiting from the uniquely extensive dental experience afforded at this institution, Dr. Rice also stood out as one of only four of his classmates to be inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society one of Creightons highest awards for exemplifying traits of exceptional scholarship, loyalty and service.
Dr. Rice and his wife, Natalie, met on a college study abroad program to the Middle East. They love the outdoors and are proud to call the beautiful Rogue Valley home. Their greatest adventure is chasing their beautiful boys who never seem to run out of energy!

Dr. Rice is AMAZING! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful waiting room where my kids can sit as well!! Joshua has pulled 2 of my wisdom teeth as needed at this point. He is gentle, communicates, and I am very satisfied with both extractions. The only down side is they do not accept my insurance, although he is so good, I don't mind paying to see him! 10 stars to this establishment, their professionalism, and care!

I just got off the phone with a lady by the name of Terry and she wasn't very nice nor compassionate at all epecially when I mentioned I. Had ohp she didn't offer me payment options or nothing pretty much just shut me down and told me to call the number on the back of my ohp card. I'm definitely not recommend that dentist office to no1 if every1 there is like her not a good first Impression of that office .For people like me it's hard eough to take that first step and actually make that phone call For myself it's from being embarrassed about my appearance of having missing teeth and shame of my. teeth getting that bad so when you do make that call its nice to. Have some1 on the other end of the phone to be especially nice and welcoming

We started with Dr. Rice and his staff 6 months ago and they are our new dental office. All very kind and Dr. Rice is very fair in his work. We will be back. Highly recommend Cascade dental office.

I had a wisdom tooth that was broken in half and twisted I was in extreme pain tooth hurt ear hurt jaw hurt headaches.... they were able to get me in the day I called and pulled the tooth!! extremely professional staff and very good doctor. Anytime I need any kind of dental for me or my daughter I'm coming here. Thank you Dr Rice for your help! You have no idea what it means to me. Thank you! thank you! thank you!

ARE YOU SERIOUS...? I CALLED TODAY.. 12-23-21 TO ESTABLISH A RELATIIONSHIP WITH A NEW DENTIST AS MINE PASSED AWAY A FEW YEARS BACK. THE RECEPTION LADY TELLS ME, " OH, WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS ANY LONGER AND HAVE NOT FOR AWHILE NOW" "BUT GIVE ME YOUR OHP # AND MAYBE I CAN FIND A DENTIST THAT YOU CAN GO TO". SO I ASKED "WHY DO YOU NEED MY # JUST TO TELL ME IF YOU KNOW OF ANOTHER DENTIST THAT MAY TAKE ME..?" SHE HUNG UP ON ME..... I KNOW WHAT I AM THINKING ABOUT 'WHY' THEY WANT MY NUMBER..

I wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone at Fox Dental, and especially the hygienist that just did an amazing and caring appointment with my father. He has Alzheimer's, and so gets confused and a bit frightened sometimes. My sister just texted me (I'm unfortunately 6hrs away) and said he had a good experience thanks to the wonderful hygienist. I'm sorry I didn't get the name from her, but I wanted to make sure to give my thanks.

After moving to the Rogue Valley recently and leaving my former dentist of 25+ years in my hometown, I was dreading finding a new dentist. But I totally lucked out in finding Dr. Rice in Medford, and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Rice and his staff have been wonderful caring for me as a rather challenging patient, with their highly competent dental care, amazing follow-up, and heartfelt compassion when I was struggling with lingering root canal problems. And for routine stuff, like dental cleanings, Dr. Rice's hygienist Jessica is thorough, efficient, and so nice to deal with! Highly recommended!!

I love this small, yet professional and high tech dental office. I recently had a very positive dental cleaning by a new hygienist named Lisa. Lisa was very friendly, and thorough. Dr. Rice is also a superb dentist who I don't hesitate to recommend to my closest friends and family.

If you are looking for a warm welcome and a feeling that you are truly in the right place... Not only is this the place for you ! Dr Rice is so thorough it blew me away . He gave me options and definitely was not about the money! He loves what he does! In fact the whole staff is so friendly..You just want to hang out and visit. I would not hesitate to refer the entire practice to anybody..
