'When you come to Cascade Dental Care, youll see a difference in service, because I absolutely love my job! I love helping people, and I love being able to work with my hands to give my patients relief when they are in real need. It gives me a pleasure to see patients who walk in with many serious dental problems, walk out with a beautiful, white smile on their face. With white fillings, I make cavities disappear. There is an artistry about dentistry that I really like. I make sure that your teeth arent just healthier, but they look stunning too.
I have been practicing dentistry for 23 years. Cascade Dental Care is my lifes dream, to have the type of office that I would want to be a patient in. We built it from scratch; design, colors, layout, equipment, and chairs. It is all designed to be really comfortable.
Cascade Dental Care was founded in 2015 by Dr. Bruce Loosli, a BYU graduate and professional dentist, who loves working with his hands and helping others. The name Cascade Dental was inspired by his family trips to the Cascade Springs. Its a beautiful nature reserve and scenic walk in Utah, with forest, wildlife and a breathtaking springs.
That peace and serenity inspires both our name and philosophy at Cascade Dental Care. When you come in, youll notice our staff, with friendly personalities who will joke, laugh, and make friends. We remember you! Our team will take care of you in the most calm, stress free and comfortable way possible. We are a Spanish speaking office!
Once youre seated you may notice something missing compared to ordinary dental offices. Thats because instead of the loud drills that many people associate with pain, we use new generation electric hand pieces. No whining allowed! You may also noticed our comfortable noise cancelling headphones. You can chose to sit calmly and quietly in your chair, listen to Pandora radio, or watch TV. Perhaps youll watch ESPN, or the news. Or maybe your kids will watch Cartoon Network as we help them.

My 2 kiddos and I went for the first time to Dr. Loosli yesterday and we had a wonderful experience! The front office staff is very kind and friendly, the office is clean and welcoming, and Bruce and dental staff are all very kind and caring and gentle! We've searched for so long for our dental home and we've finally found it! Wish we could've stumbled upon the office sooner, but we're happy to trust Dr. Loosli and staff with our care for years to come.

I had a horrible experience at a different dental office. I went to cascade dental and almost cried of relief because Dr. Loosli fixed the issue. I reccomend coming here! I will never go to another dentist.

Called needing a last minute appointment for a chipped tooth. They were so accommodating and got me in the same day! They made my teeth look better than before. Highly recommend! They have a friendly staff that makes it a top notch experience. Thank you Dr. Loosli!

We've been going to Cascade Dental since 2018 we were pleased then. Went there today so many changes have happened. First made the appointment back in December. Later was contacted to move the appointment to an earlier time. I show up on time, waited for 30min to be taken back. Another patient walks in for an appointment they take that person right back. Receptionist goes back to check what's going on with my appointment said I would be taken back soon. Waited another 20 min, I ask the receptionist when I'm expected to go back. She was unsure. Needless to say I left without being seen for a regular cleaning. Disappointed.

Everyone there is so nice and caring! I went for a cleaning, and Dr Loosli and his assistant made me feel safe and comfortable. They also keep everything very clean and they are very professional! Would recommend!

I can't believe how wonderful the people are there! Nobody likes the dentist, but not to worry these people are amazing and calmed all my fears. Check them out. You will be happy you did!

I recently chipped a tooth. I called and the office manager Jordan was so friendly! She got me in right away. The Doctor and the assistant were both really helpful! Fixed me up fast and matched the color perfectly! I would highly recommend them!

Phone manners are a must! The start of new clients and repeat clients are heard on the phone as they voice their worries and or concerns. Maybe more passion and at least act like you care, you are the voice of the business!

Love Dr Loosli's care! Their office staff is very helpful and friendly. Convenient location off 90000 south and Bangerter. Been with this dentist 10 years and have not had problems. Great office setting with TV at chair. If you have dental anxiety this dentist will help.

My daughter is 11 and has always been nervous going to the dentist. Dr. Bruce was so amazing with her and helped her to feel at ease. When we got home she asked me if he could be her dentist for the rest of her life. This says a lot as we went to two other pediatric dentists and she begged to not go back. (Not because they were horrible by any means just she doesn't like the dentist) The staff is Friendly, professional and Boonhee is a babe.

I've gone to Dr. Loosli ever since I was born! I've never had another dentist nor do I want one! I never understood the scary behind going to the dentist but I absolutely LOVED going! I was all excited! He's become a family friend (treats my parents, siblings, and now my husband!) I have always loved his assistants and he's always done great work. I have five missing teeth, had bonds, specialty veneer/crowns, whitening and all and just adore Dr. Loosli! He's simply THE BEST!! And his laugh is contagious! Thanks for always taking such great care of me!!

If i could give this place a zero star rating i would. My mother used to love this dentist.. He was great until he went and did a filling on a tooth after my mom asked him to pull it, and when he did the filling he put it on the nerve of her tooth causing it to get infected and causing more pain. He also told her that her mouth was all good and come to find out after 3 weeks of pain and getting hung up on every time she tried to schedule an appointment that he lied to her and she not only has gingivitis, but also needs 2 root canals,2 crowns, and also 4 cavities!! If you want HONEST AND GOOD dental work go to Draper Dental!!! Better dentists, better work done and their staff is MUCH nicer and friendlier!!

Dr. Bruce Loosli is fine and I like him, but their customer service is TERRIBLE !!!!! I went to a routine cleaning this year, and the dentist assistant helped me to do the bitewing x-ray (without asking me if I need to do the x-ray or not). After the visit, I got a bill from them saying that I will need to pay $55 for the x-ray which not covered by the insurance. I know my dental plan is cover two free routing cleaning per calendar year. I have never needed to pay for the cleaning service. So, I called the insurance and found out that they only allow one bitewing x-ray per very 12 month. My last routine cleaning is Nov of 2018. Therefore, I called the dental office and asked them why they did the bitewing x-ray for me without asking for my permission. They told me that every teeth cleaning visit will need a bitewing x-ray. (This is not true after I checked with Delta dental insurance) So, end up I have to pay $55 for the bitewing x-ray which I have never needed to pay for any routine cleaning service in my whole life before. Routine Cleaning is always free and it's including with the Delta dental plan. The Loosli Bruce's dental office is misleading their client and they don't care about their customer !!! I called and spoke to the dental staff. I asked her I would like to speak to the manager and she told me that she is the manager. She is terrible, she yelled at me and she told me that they have to do x-ray per every cleaning visit. I tried to explain to her that the insurance said that is not true. Insurance will only pay for one x-ray per every 12 months. She doesn't want to listen to me and I asked her may I speak to the owner which is Dr. Loosli and she won't let me and then she hang up my phone call. ******* Now, I will not go back to this dental office and will stay away with this kind of customer service!!! *******
