Cascade Dental Care opened in North Spokane more than 50 years ago, with a mission to provide excellent dental care to the citizens of Spokane, WA, and beyond. Today, we're proud to support Spokane with two office locations and continued dedication to a healthy community, working with local partners and taking every measure to ensure a first-class dental experience!
Thanks to our valued patients, we have been fortunate enough to expand our team by adding multiple dentists, more office staff, and a second office location. To better serve our patients and provide easier access to quality care, we opened our South Hill location in 2000.

Dr. Robert Walker has practiced dentistry for over 25 years, with 20 of those at Cascade Dental Care. He has a specialinterest in implant dentistry, having replaced and restored dental implants for over a decade.
Dr. Walker was born raised in western Montana. He received degrees in Biology and Psychology at Carroll College in Helena, MT before earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Minnesota Dental School in Minneapolis as well as the Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry (LVI).
To stay on the cutting edge of dentistry, he has maintained memberships within various continuing education organizations for the past 30 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Spokane District Dental Society.
Dr. Walker and his wife Eileen are devoted parents to four sons and enjoy an active lifestyle. They are both very proud of their sons, who are starting careers in various areas of medicine, as well as operations, and finance (graduating from Washington State University).
Dr. Cliff Cullings is a 20-year accredited dentist who joined Cascade Dental Care in the summer of 2019. The addition of Dr.Cullings is exciting for the practice and allows us to better serve our patients. Hes eager to offer his skills and services to our loyal patients, as well as newcomers! Dr. Cullings is committed to providing both quality care and education to patients in order to deliver a more pleasant dental experience.
Dr. Cullings earned his Doctorate from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2000. Prior to studying at Loma Linda, he attended California State University San Bernardino, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology while on a full-ride swimming scholarship.
Dr. Cullings is an avid outdoorsman. His hobbies include fishing, snowmobiling, playing hockey, golfing, nitro racing with his son, and spending time with his family. He met his wife Bonnie, who is now a dental hygienist, in dental school! Dr. Cullings has two children: Cole, age 13, and Paige, age 9.
Bryanna (Bry) Martin is excited to provide exceptional care to the patients at Cascade Dental Care! Bry earned herBachelor's of Health Science from Boise State University, before earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Martin is originally from, McCall, Idaho, but spent the majority of her childhood in Hamilton, Montana. She met her husband, Alex, in Montana when she was only in third grade. After reconnecting many years later, they got married in 2016. Together, they have a wire-haired pointing griffin puppy named Sven who keeps them very busy!

With an office location on Cascade Way, you'll have no trouble remembering where to find us. The practice is conveniently located just off of Division St., behind the At Home store (formerly Costco). You'll find us on the second floor, open Monday through Friday!
