When not in the dental office, John enjoys spending time with his wife and his two young sons. He also likes to make music, play guitar, and work on other creative projects. Dr. Trimble is excited to practice dentistry alongside Dr. Teigen, and the rest of the team at Cascade Dental, and will always strive to provide the same competent, compassionate care that you're accustomed to.
When asked who her hero is:My hero is my mama; she is no longer with us but she is my hero to this day. She held our family together like glue, she was always kind to everyone and had a heart made of gold. She loved us unconditionally. She was also the strongest person I have ever known and faced things head on without waiver. If I am half the woman she was, I will be doing well.
When asked who her hero is:My husband Karl is my hero. He is my best friend, my greatest support, my sweetest comfort and my strongest motivation. He is amazing in so many ways and I admire him so much.
When asked who her hero is: My Dad, Randy, is my hero and has been all my life. He has been the most amazing role model, father and friend. He always encourages me and helps me achieve my goals in every way he can, without hesitation. He is my strength in so many ways.

Who says dental appointments have to be dreaded experiences? My teeth cleaning went well. Christine has a nice touch, gentle but thorough, and she and Dr. Teigen are both friendly and personable. Not dreading going back.

Both my husband Dave and I have excellent dental care with Dr. Teigen. We are always treated well by his entire staff. Dr.Teigen's has implemented new treatments, use of new equipment, and skills with great care and exactness. He works collaboratively with other dentist and surgeons to make sure we get the best care. We appreciate how accommodating the staff is in seeing us for urgent care and rescheduling appointments for Illness. All this is done with concern and warmth. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Teigen and his team in Longview.

The Best! I needed an appointment as soon as possible. Sam was able to schedule me the same day. Melissa did a pre-exam, X-Rays, with prep and Dr. Teigen worked through his lunch hour to accommodate and temporarily fix my dental work. All of the professional, courteous, and most friendly staff at Cascade Dental is the best I have dealt with in 40+ years. Fantastic attention given for my treatment by all. Thank you. Tim

I had the same dentist all my life so when he retired and sold his business to Dr. Teigen I was a little hesitant. However, I have been nothing but pleased with the care I have received at Cascade Dental Care in the last 5+ years. Superb Doctor and staff.

Sam @ the front desk was super welcoming and helpful with all my questions. The dental assistant was extremely nice and reassuring. The Dr was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist office, they are very professional and have great customer service! I will be coming back here regularly!
