I had a bad root canal there that ended up getting infected on top of the crown I received being misaligned. I was referred to a specialist outside my insurance network. I now have to completely replace the tooth and have been told Cascada can't see me for a month

HORRIBLE STAFF HORRIBLE OWNERS I REGRET EVER WORKING HERE!! THEY DONT WANT FIDELIS PATIENTS ON THE SCHEDULE. THEY WILL BILL YOUR INSURANCE FOR SOMETHING THEY KNOW YOU WOKT BE COVERED FOR SO YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. MARIA DR.JOSEPH ARIANNA AND PAT HAVE MADE THIS THE WORST JOB TO WORK AT. DONT BRING YOU BUSINESS HERE PLEASE!

Don't even waste your time coming to this unprofessional and disorganized establishment. Usually you go in for a cleaning and you get x-rays taken first then get seen by the hygienist and afterwards the doctor. This time the hygienist insisteddd she do her cleaning first. She was done at about 2:30, 30 minutes passed and I was still waiting to get x-rays taken. For a majority of the time they didn't even inform me on what was going on or happened. Their computer magically shut down and no one knew what to do. They kept asking me to come back and I said no because I don't live in the area. They then said they would move me to another room and never did because there "wasn't any available" even though new patients were being brought to other rooms. Every single time I step foot into this establishment there is always an issue and it's ridiculous that they expect patients to continue returning. Moral of the story stay very very far away, I left without being seen by a doctor or having x-rays taken so now I have to find another dentist since they decided to waste my time at cascada dental. For all I know I could have something seriously wrong with my teeth but I would never know because of how disorganized and unprofessional this place is. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The BBB site gives them an F, for good reason; The only thing Cascada dental cares about is $$$! 1) They tried to charge me a copay after after making an error on my tooth Because they put an enlay on and didn't ensure that it fit correctly so I had to go back 3 times thanks to have it shaved down to fit. Then they attempted to bill.me a copay for each of thosr error correction visits. 2) I went in for my 2nd 6 month check up for the year And was denied dental service and they attempted to rip me off so badly I walked out a) My insurance only covers x-rays 1x per year and I have no co-pay for my 6th month check-ups WITH cleaning.! Upon arrival for my 2nd chechup i was informed that I HAD to get x-rays for this visit and HAD to pay over $220 for them Out of pocket Because I already had my x-rays 6 months ago. I explained that I don't want/ x-rays because I already had them and nevef had and other dentists do Ruben twice a year. - THEN she stated I STILL have a co-pay. And that the Dr WON'T be seeing me because i am not getting x-rays and that I'd just be getting a cleaning. Never ever go here.

I'm afraid of dentist and I love everything about this office! The doctors are so professional and Arianna makes you feel so confortable, she is one of the best dental assistants that i've ever seen. If you want to be treated the right way, you should go to this Dental Office.

I am so happy with the customer service Arianna (dental assistant) provided. I am afraid of dentists and she made me feel so comfortable before they even came in the room!! She was also very attentive to my needs and explain in details the services that I would be getting and further treatment . I will be coming back :)

I went in for a whitening and a assistant named Arianna helped me out. She must be popular because while I was waiting in he lobby some old man came in asking specifically for her. That she was the only one he could talk to. It was a bit funny because when Arianna came out she reiterated that she wasn't a doctor but helped him out anyway. I understand why he wanted to speak to her. She spoke very clearly and tried to make sure I understood what she was saying. She also did my whitening procedure and it came out great. She showed me the before and after photos and I was completely pleased with the results! I'll post the pictures later I have to find them...but yes go to her!!

Matthew & Arlene are the best dental assistants. They provided great dental services to me help me feel comfortable. They were very nice and accommodating. Really recommend this practice would definitely come back for them!
