Being born in Concord, CA, Dr. Tran is no stranger to the neighborhood. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and began her dental education at age 19 from NYU, making her the youngest dentist to graduate from her class. She has since been practicing dentistry for over ten years in New York & California as well as Honduras outreaches. Patients love her for a soft touch and fun nature that make you forget you were at the dentist! In her free time you can find her with her husband, two young children, and their French bulldog, Montana!
'Dr. Don' is a pediatric specialist and sees children from the time they get their first tooth. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Irvine and his dental degree from NYU, where he met his wife, Dr. Tran. He continued his pediatric dental residency at NOVA Southeastern University in Florida where he is trained to treat young children as well as those with special needs and has provided dental care in Honduras, Grenada, and Jaimaca. Dr. Don is most popular among the little ones and is sure to make even the shyest kids crack a smile. He is a health & fitness buff and can be found at the gym in his free time
Dr. Pham was born and raised in the East Bay. She attended UC San Diego for her undergraduate degree where she earned a Bachelor of Science in General Biology as well as a post-baccalaureate at California State University, East Bay. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Arizona in which she graduated with honors and received the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Chapter Award and International College of Dentists Student Leadership Award.
Dr. Pham has done dental volunteer work in Samoa and Tonga and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. In her free time Dr. Pham enjoys spending time with her dog and trying to find the next best thing to watch on Netflix.
We are proud to have Dr. Tayebaty serve our patient's complex root canal needs. He received his bachelors degree in biology fromUCLAwith honors. He went on to receive his dental degree from the prestigiousHarvard School of Dental Medicine, and graduated with Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Tayebaty then moved to New York and earned his specialty certificate in Endodontics atNew York University College of Dentistry. Patient's love him as he's able to make any root canal quick and painless! On his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, biking, cooking and spending time with his wife.
Before finding passion in clinical dentistry, Dr. Sam Chien was a professional guitar player and completed his undergraduate performance studies at Carnegie Mellon University and Berklee College of Music. He then graduated from NYU College of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Brooklyn (formerly Lutheran) To further his passion in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Chien completed a one year Esthetic Fellowship at Tufts University Dental School of Medicine. Dr. Chien strongly believes in continuing education and lifelong learning to better serve his patients. He loves to help patients achieve optimum oral health and transform their smiles, giving them something to look forward to their next dental visit.
Originally from South Korea, Dr. Kim has had many years of experience in oral surgery. He completed his dental school degree in South Korea, and specialized as an Oral Surgeon since 1996. Upon coming to the United States, Dr. Kim was one of the few candidates to be accepted and attended UCSF Dental school's 2 year program, and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2018. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his two daughters and his small dog.
'Patty' is our office manager and you will most likely be meeting her on your first visit with us! She may greet you while checking in and will also be helping you with your insurance and payment options during your visit. Although she is one of our newest additions to our team, Patty has been in the dental field for 10 years and is well versed in your treatment plan options. She is more than happy to answer your questions and concerns throughout your visit. During her free time, Patty enjoys spending time with her husband and their multiple puppies.
Deisy is our dental assistant and may be with you for the majority of your visit. From taking your x-rays to assisting the doctor during your treatments, she'll be sure to make sure you're comfortable! Deisy is especially great with children as they love her for her fun, bubbly personality. During her free time Deisy likes to go on day trips to the beach and Los Angeles!
Serafin has grown up here in Concord and is no stranger to the Bay Area. He is known to always strike up a conversation and make you comfortable during your visit. Patient's love him for his kindness and his soft touch! He enjoys a good movie and is always on the look out for new music.
Hannah is a dental assistant who will help you take x-rays and assist the doctor in your treatment! Patients love her because she is soft spoken and especially gentle. In her spare time she loves being outdoors, doing arts and crafts and spending time with her young daughter.
Montana has a PhD in psychology. Her primary focus is provide comfort to patients who have dental fear and anxiety. On her spare time, she loves to lounge around in the office and takes naps. Her favorite movie is Air Bud.

I had a great experience at Casa Dental! My entire visit (checkin, x rays, exam, cleaning) took less than 45 minutes and I'm very pleased with the results! The water pressure they use to remove build up was new to me but I didn't experience any discomfort and my teeth feel very clean!

Dr. Tran is professional and attentive and her staff are efficient and polite. I called in and was booked a same day appointment for my 12 month old baby whom woke up with a swollen purple gum. It turned out to be nothing major only an erruption cyst. However, Dr. Tran noticed a much bigger problem with my son, his thumb sucking habbit. Dr. Tran explained to me the detrimental side to my son's habbit and recommended that I order the T-guard. I ordered the guard the same day and placed it on my son's thumb as soon as it arrived, 23 days later my son no longer sucks on his thumb. Thank you Dr. Tran and staff so much for paying attention to details. See you all in six months.

I was seen at Casa dental last week for some dental work. The experience I had there was truly amazing. I hadn't had any dental work done in years so I was nervous and high anxiety. I have never felt this comfortable in a dental office. Dr.Tran was wonderful fast and efficient and caring from start to finish of my appointment. While all staff/assistance were very wonderful as well very friendly from the front office to the back. From being checked in to being seated in the dental chair. For someone who has dental fears my appointment was wonderful. I will not go anywhere else to get my dental work and routine visits done. I highly recommend this office!

I recently just finished my 24 month Invisalign treatment with them and I couldn't be happier with the final results! Not only do they care about making your smile perfect, they also care about your oral health. Which is super important! A big thank you to Dr. Tran for being so nice and making sure that everything is perfect before you leave your appointment. Also, thank you to the staff for being so amazing and welcoming every time I come for my visit. The entire office is truly the best!! I definitely would recommend Casa Dental to anyone who wants the perfect smile!

Love it here! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, every single staff member is so incredibly nice and helpful! It makes going to the dentist actually enjoyable! I'm not satisfied of their service at all. The most important thing for them is to make a hundred of X-RAYS every time when I visit the office. THIS IS HARMFUL FOR YOU! IT'S A RADIATION! And after that they can't find a professional solution for your problem. My mom is a dentist, and I know what professionalism means. The best thing here is a nice behavior, and nothing else.

Amazing experience! The office was very clean and covid compliant. Easy parking lot. They saw me right away and I was in and out in 40 minutes. I was there for X-rays and cleaning. Dr Katie Do has excellent patient bedside manner and I felt very taken care of. 10/10 would recommend, especially for people who hate going to the dentist

Amazingly friendly staff! When I go for myself, they are professional & accommodating. When I take my child, they are great at entertaining him to keep his mind off of all the cleaning & tools. They even have a tablet holder so you can watch movies while they work (great for easily distracted kids or bored adults)

I called around the area for a Dentist that would take an emergency same day appointment because I had a tooth that was cracked and causing me a lot of pain and needed it removed immediately and I was happy to know that they were able to get me in that day to do the procedure. So I had my father accompany me since I figured I would need a designated driver after the procedure. After the initial screening, filling out the forms and taking x rays, I was being prepped for the surgery and the Dr. Came in and pressed on my problem tooth, which, of course, caused me to nearly jump out of the chair from the pain, and she told me that she could remove the tooth and take care of the pain. Just as she was to start the procedure, she said she needed to take my blood pressure, which, of course, was going to read high since I was in quite a lot of pain, and did 2 readings which both read high, at which time she wouldnt go through with the procedure and just prescribed some antibiotics and pain pills which really left me dissapointed since she should of realized that the pain from my tooth was the reason why my blood pressure was high, and yet she claimed that until it would read normal that she could not go through the procedure, which put me ina catch 22 since I know my blood pressure would not read normal as long as I continued to feel pain from the tooth. So what started out as being hopeful turned out as a disaster and a waste of time for me and bitterly dissapointed in the end.

I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Katie Tran was very sensitive to my anxiety and such during the cleaning. Her staff were as well and very accommodating for xrays and found a better solution for me having a severe pharyngeal reflex. I'm very thankful I was able to get an appointment.
