Dr. Elliott is from Louisville, Kentucky where he graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1995. He completed three additional years of training in pediatric dentistry at the UNC School of Dentistry and UNC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill and obtained his Masters Degree in June of 1998. Dr. Elliott will remain affiliated with both the University of Louisville and UNC as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
Dr. Elliott remains well connected with colleagues and holds memberships with the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Molina is a native of the small eastern NC town of Aurora. Shes one of those individuals who list her childhood pediatric dentist as one of the most influential people in her life. After graduating with her BS in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and prior to starting dental school, she worked with Dr. Elliott for 14 months as an intern. Dr. Elliott has been mentoring Dr. Molina since 2001, as we all knew she would be the right fit for our office TEAM!
Dr. Molina graduated in the top of her class with honors from the UNC School of Dentistry in 2005. She then completed three additional years of training in pediatric dentistry at the UNC School of Dentistry and UNC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill and obtained her Masters Degree and certificate in pediatric dentistry in June of 2008.
Dr. Elliott and Dr. Molina partnered to form Cary Pediatric Dentistry in May 2008. Dr. Molina also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the UNC School of Dentistry. She is Board Certified and a Diplomate with The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Lacy grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated from East Carolina University with a MS in Sports Management and a BA in Business Administration. She now resides in Holly Springs with her husband and two children. Lacy enjoys playing sports and being outdoors. Her positive attitude and attention to detail makes her a wonderful addition to our TEAM!
Jennifer was born in California but was raised in North Carolina. She graduated with an Associates degree from Central Carolina Community College. In her free time Jennifer loves gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is also fluent in English and Spanish. Jennifers strong work ethic and her ability to make every patient feel welcome makes her a great addition to our TEAM!
Windys originally from Zebulon, NC. Windy has been in administrative positions for over 20 years. She also has her certification as a Dental Assistant I. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, crafts and spending time with her family. Windy's warm smile and love for children makes her a great addition to our TEAM!
Debra grew up in Wendell, NC and graduated from Wayne Community Colleges Dental Assisting Program in 1991. She now lived in Clayton with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys baking, crafts and spending time with her family. She has over 24 years of clinical and administrative experience. Her love for children and diverse dental experience makes her a great asset to our TEAM!
Sonia compliments our staff in every way! She brings much experience to our office in the clinical field of dentistry in addition to positively working with patients and parents. She lives in Clayton, NC and is a mother of two. Sonias great attitude and outgoing personality reflects her ability to maintain long term employee and patient relationships!
Leanna was born and raised in Apex, NC. She graduated from Central Carolina Community College in 2018 were she earned her diploma in dental Assisting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. LeAnnas warm smile and caring personality makes her a wonderful addition to our TEAM!
Grace was born and raised in Willow Springs, NC. She graduated from Wake Tech Community College as a certified Dental Assistant in 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking/baking and spending time with family and friends. Graces love for children and dentistry make her a great addition to our TEAM!
Kelly lives in Wake Forest with her husband, cat Mia and dog Lucy. Kelly obtained her Dental Assisting degree from UNC Chapel Hill and has over 20 years experience. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and all outdoor activities. Kelly also enjoys supporting NCSU and UNC-CH collegiate teams, as both of her daughters are in college. Kellys warm smile and bubbly personality make her a great addition to our TEAM
Allison was born and raised in North Carolina. She graduated from Dental Assisting school in 2018. Since then, she has lived in several different states with her husband and is happy to be back in her home state of North Carolina. Allison loves to travel and spend time with her husband and three fur babies. Allisons warm smile and her love for children makes her a great addition to our TEAM!
Lynda grew up in Hamilton Township, NJ and graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She moved to Willow Springs, NC in 2019 with her husband and twin daughters. She has over 25 years experience in Pediatric Dentistry and loves working with children. Lynda enjoys spending time with her family and visiting the Outer Banks. Lyndas warm personality and love for dentistry makes her a wonderful addition to our TEAM!
Brayden was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and graduated from Triangle School of Dental Assisting in 2019. Brayden currently resides in Wake Forest with her black lab whom she enjoys going on walks with. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family at the beach or local lakes. Brayden's love for dentistry and warm smile make her a great addition to our TEAM!
