Dr. Adams is originally from Mobile and graduated from McGill Institute. He then attended and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama. After graduation, he served three years honorably and proudly with the United States Marine Corps. After military service, he attended and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, returned to Mobile, and began his General Dentistry practice in 1976.
With over forty years experience, Dr. Adams remains current with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending continuing education courses and maintaining memberships in the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, Mobile Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Through the Alabama Dental Association he has enjoyed volunteering his services for disabled and elderly patients with the Donated Dental Services for the past twenty years.
Dr. Adams is very fortunate to have a lovely wife, Sherri, whom he has been married to for 49 happy years! They have four successful children, six adorable grandchildren, and five lovable rescue granddogs. He enjoys fishing with the grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Adams is a member of the Port City Pacers and enjoys running 5Ks to marathon road races and is proud to have completed twelve marathons. His other hobbies include golf, reading (fiction and non-fiction), and watching college football. He enjoys having his son, David, as a partner and also appreciates the expert and dedicated staff, several with over twenty years of loyal service.
