Dr. Adams is originally from Mobile and graduated from McGill Institute. He then attended and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama. After graduation, he served three years honorably and proudly with the United States Marine Corps. After military service, he attended and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, returned to Mobile, and began his General Dentistry practice in 1976.
With over forty years experience, Dr. Adams remains current with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending continuing education courses and maintaining memberships in the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, Mobile Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Through the Alabama Dental Association he has enjoyed volunteering his services for disabled and elderly patients with the Donated Dental Services for the past twenty years.
Dr. Adams is very fortunate to have a lovely wife, Sherri, whom he has been married to for 49 happy years! They have four successful children, six adorable grandchildren, and five lovable rescue granddogs. He enjoys fishing with the grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Adams is a member of the Port City Pacers and enjoys running 5Ks to marathon road races and is proud to have completed twelve marathons. His other hobbies include golf, reading (fiction and non-fiction), and watching college football. He enjoys having his son, David, as a partner and also appreciates the expert and dedicated staff, several with over twenty years of loyal service.

My parents who are elderly love these guy; excellent checking in and comfortable waiting area, only thing I would recommend is small TV and play area for small children who are waiting for mom or dad .

I was new to the area and I choose Adams dentistry. I highly recommend this place . I've been here for awhile now . The staff are courteous and helpful. They really make sure you are happy . I came in for a filling and a bonding today . I was comfortable and relaxed . I'm very particular about my teeth , especially bonding work . The dentist ensured I was happy with the result and was so kind . To add to the great experience, Dr. Cary Adams was a former marine and it happened to be Veterans Day today so I got to thank him for his service . From a happy patient , I express my gratitude for your service to our country and a huge thank you to all Adams dentistry for taking care of my smile.

I see Dr. Cary Adams and absolutely love him. He's very thorough and I always feel comfortable during my visits. He's also a great conversationalist and quite funny. I would recommend anyone to his office. The hygienists are also wonderful.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I scheduled an appointment a week and a half before today for 11am. I have a recorded call that confirmed with a live person that my appt. was at 11. I get there at 10:50 and she can't find my appointment. She said it got cancelled because it was set for 10:45. She said there was nothing she could do for me to be seen. She acted like she didn't believe me that my appointment was set for 11. She said someone else got bumped into my slot and that there was no way she could move it. In 5 minutes you cancel an incorrect appt. time and moved someone in my slot??? That was really sketchy and very rude. I missed work today for an appointment that never happened. HORRIBLE.
