Dr. Carver grew up in Williamstown and graduated from Mt. Greylock Regional High School in 1995. After her BS from Davidson College in 1999 she continued on to UCONN School of Dental Medicine where she received her doctorate in 2003. Following a year of residency Dr. Carver joined Newbury Dental Associates in Boston, MA where she practiced for 3 years. In 2007 Dr. Carver returned to Berkshire County and worked for Hillcrest Dental in Pittsfield. Dr. Carver purchased Dr. Puccios practice in North Adams and renovated the office in March 2009. In 2013, Dr Carver purchased her existing building and has continued to expand to offer the highest quality services.
Dr. Carver consistently attends continuing education classes to learn about the latest improvements in dentistry. She is a Dawson Academy Scholar, having done two years of additional training to become more proficient in TMJ diagnosis, treatment and complex esthetic and functional cases. In 2016 she also earned her nutrition certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and uses this knowledge to educate and treat a patient's whole body. She is certified in ozone therapy and in January 2020 received her board certification in Naturopathic and Biologic Dentistry.
Melissa grew up in Berkshire County and is happy to be back practicing here. She graduated from McCann Technical High School in 2001 and then moved to Virginia. She attended the Medical Careers Institute in Newport News earning her certificate in dental assisting in 2004. Melissa then returned to the Berkshires and worked as a surgical assistant at Oral Surgery Associates for 2.5 years and then met Dr. Carver when she assisted at Hillcrest Dental. In 2007 Melissa attended Springfield Technical Community College and earned her degree in dental hygiene in 2009 where she became certified to provide local anesthesia. After graduation Melissa joined the team at Carver Family Dentistry.
Anne grew up in Readsboro, VT and graduated from Drury High School in 2001. After receiving her bachelor's degree in multidisciplinary studies/mathematics from Castleton State College she attended McCann Tech where she received her certificate for dental assisting. After graduation she worked as a surgical assistant at Oral Surgery Associates for 4 years. She has been a certified dental assistant at Carver Family Dentistry since 2012.
Kelleygrew up in Adams and has been here her whole life.She graduated from McCann Technical High School in 1985, and also from the dental assisting program in 1986.She has been a Certified Dental Assistant for the past 26 years.Kelley started in the dental field as an assistant and for the past nine years has been the office manager. She willstill assist from time to time when needed.She has been working in this office for the past 25 years first with Dr. Puccio and since 2009 with Dr. Carver who bought the practice from Dr. Puccio.She cant imagine doing anything else in life and truly enjoys helping people have healthy smiles!

When choosing a dentist be warned that this office now operates as a holistic dentist, a change that was made without giving any notice to existing patients. I went in with a dental emergency and extremely in pain from what I thought was a root canal that ended up being a fractured root to be referred out, have dr. Carver refuse to even pull the tooth and send me on my way with a bag of Chinese herbs and some other homeopathic remedy that she litterally tested my grip of my fingers to prescribe the dose. I had to go to urgent care to get an antibiotic. What made things worse was when I came into the office that morning for my "emergency" appointment I could hear the staff in the back talking about me and prior experiences I have had there while there were other patients in the waiting area who could also hear. Luckily the office I was referred out to are kind, compassionate and were able to treat my situation like an actual emergency. I have had other not good experiences at Dr. Carvers office but this was the icing on the cake to go elsewhere.

I have had several bad dentists in the past. On a visit to my daughter, a cap on my front tooth broke off. Dr Carver repaired it very well, still holding. We moved into the area and I made an appointment with Dr Carver, she has made me forget about the bad ones. I'm very satisfied with the work she has done, she fixed several poorly done work performed by my previous Dentist.

What more can be said? Caring, professional, clean, fast, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, painless( nearly), utilizing today's technology. All of the employees make you feel that you are important and deserving of their complete attention. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years and Doc Carver and her people are far above the rest. Thanks a lot.

When I described to Rachaele my 6 weeks of severely congested ears that had led me to near-deafness, I didn't expect her, a dentist, to have an answer for me. But she did. After two ozone treatments, the left ear is back online and the right ear is beginning to clear. It's returning me to pleasurable engagement with life when nothing else had helped me. I am so grateful.

she did an extraction because my root canal that she just put a bridge on had a crack that happened during the bridge procedure. That she did. So she did not charge me for the extraction. And told me she does not do partials. Which was not true found out after a client of hers had a partial done through carvers office. Also she did not send a claim into my insurance. Hmm maybe because of the missing tooth clause. So not only did I pay a lot of money for my bridge work. I now have to pay for all of my partial. So yeah. Have had other friends that have left there office for other reasons.

Dr. Carver was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable. Her facility is state of the art. The reception area is clean and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly. Very pleased with my switch to this doctor.
