Firstly, the facilities were nice and the receptionist and check out person were great. My issue was with Maria, the tech doing the cb ct scan on my daughter. I had many questions/concerns about the scan. Maria first told me that I couldn't go back with my daughter. I get that. I just wanted to ask her a few questions not in earshot of the waiting area. Maria was not happy and gave me attitude. We stepped inside next to the bathroom. I told her I was concerned about radiation exposure. She talked over me repeatedly and also rolled her eyes. She told me that it's less radiation that a cell phone and an MRI. I know that an MRI has no radiation. I'm not stupid. She was rude and as a mom who is an advocate for her children, it was not right. I'm not trying to cause a problem but just wanted to speak to someone about my concerns and Maria instead made me go on the defensive. I was met with hostility. Not a good experience.

Cary's Surgical Clinic was exceptional in helping with my issue. The staff took time to review my symptoms/issues and provide positive direction for treatment. Further, they worked me in immediately. One option, which they proposed, if I determine that is the direction need, will be there's to complete. Again I was totally and completely satisfied, and recommend them for Endodontics and or Oral Surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez and his staff, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Ramirez and Debbie. I was very anxious and nervous about the procedure, but he was very patient and helped me calm down. Dr. Ramirez was very professional, he took the time to explain what needed to be done and provided valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist. Hands-down one of the best endodontist in the Round Rock area Thank you Dr. Ramirez for the great experience and quality work, but most of all Thank you for your gentle touch. I left there very pleased with your professionalism and service.

I had oral surgery this morning with a biopsy removal. Let me just say that I have had oral surgery many times in the past, and have always been out a 3 days or more afterwards. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at an oral surgeon. Everyone at Carus Surgical Center in Round Rock was always so professional, and took amazing care of this old vets mouth. Thank yall so so much for making this such an easy, pleasant experience! Update. I have now been a patient with Carus for about a year now. I can not understate just how pleased I am with the care I have received from this facility. The staff has started to recognize me with is pleasant. All of the staff have been amazing, everyone there is just so nice, and compassionate. However I wanted ro focus on the oral surgeon who has been working with me. Forgive me for I can't recall his name, but I wanted this updated review to be about him. While I do enjoy small talk from the nursing staff, the surgeon gets down to business, and I respect that. He isn't for small talk, he gets right to the point. He is incredibly thorough, and does his inspections with precision. What is really great about him is his attention to detail. He noticed a had felt a mere second of a pinch. He immediately stopped what he was doing and said let's numb you a little more. How awesome was that?! I didn't whimper, move or make a sound, he simply noticed my eye brows twitch. I can not understate my gratitude for this, I have experienced pain in a dental office before, but not here. This team of folks they have built is amazing. And as I always say team work makes the dream work! 10 stars if I could but I suppose 5 will do.

So overall i had a good experience at this place. However, the dr that I was seeing insisted I have gum surgery, which would have been very aggressive, painful and would have created spaces in between my teeth. I went to another periodontist, and they offered me a different type of gum surgery that uses lasers. Much less healing time, less painful and possibly more effective. So if you end up needing gum surgery, see if lasik gum surgery is offered. If not, there are lots of periodontists in Austin.

My daughter had a root canal at this office and the doctor was extremely rude. I would not recommend this surgical center.

I had appointment at 9:30 July, 5th, arrived at 9:25. A doctor came to see me at 10:30. In future I'll avoid this branch of Carus Surgical.

I didn't think I'd like it because the waiting room was so crowded when I stopped by to make sure I was in the right place, but it turned out to be the best dental office I'd ever been to as an adult! Everyone was so friendly & the Dr was so informative! No one likes going to the dentist, but they actually made the experience an enjoyable one!!! Kudos to everyone!!! And thanks!!!

A one star because there is no less, Dr O wrapped a nasty blue rag around my head & I couldn't see while he extracted 2 of my teeth! It was excruciating painful, afterwards I had a huge bruise on my face which is still there 6 weeks later. Turns out he fractured my jaw and cheekbones. Pieces are still falling out and I still have nerve pain in my face and up to my head. I was overcharged and have yet to receive my refund of $140.00. Obviously will never be back!! Horrific experience!!

Dr "O" and his assistant were amazing. I needed 6 teeth removed so needless to say I was a bit nervous. I was made comfy and with thr confidence and knowledge was quickly calmed and with nitros they removed my teeth so quickly I was shocked. I felt nothing. And that night & next day healing up so quick. I hope he will be doing my next extraction and implants.

Dr. Ramirez is friendly, informative, and very professional. I came to him in a lot of pain, and he was able to help keep me calm and confident in finding a solution. He also is great with communication in person and over the phone. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. His assistants for procedures were also very sweet and great at what they do. This is my first experience going to an endodontist, and I'm so glad it went so well. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Carus Surgical for your care. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. The staff was very accommodating prior to the procedure and took the time to explore our insurance with me. The doctor and nurse were very kind and caring.

As someone who absolutely hates dental work, Dr. Ramirez was fantastic. He did my consult and then, thanks to someone cancelling, was able to do my root canal that day. I feel so much better after being in pain for over a week. Dr. Ramirez and his dental hygienist worked quickly and I could tell they make a great efficient team. I'm actually looking forward to my second root canal and having my teeth healthy and back to normal.

I was referred to Endodontist Juan Ramirez by DDS Kervin Hoffman. Hoffman wanted me to be examined by Ramirez to check 2 of my teeth for possible root canal procedure before capping them. The staff at the Carus office in Round Rock was very nice. Ramirez felt only one tooth needed to have a root canal and was able to work me into his schedule that afternoon if I was willing to wait while he finished up with another patient. Having never had a root canal, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I received was a pleasant surprise of no pain and actually dozing of in the chair about 4 times during the procedure. Hat's off to Hoffman for recommending him.

Hands down the most disorganized company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I've been in pain for months trying to work with them and the Hutto location trying to get my issues fixed. I've had multiple consults between the offices and they've wasted so much of my time. I have two kids and work full time and after taking off time they didn't return calls for several weeks and in the month I've been waiting to visit the endodontist the dentist didn't talk with them, and didn't get the treatment straight. Now they want me to go back to the dentist for ANOTHER consult even though I just had multiple appointments with them and finally got the consult with the endodontist. They cancelled my appointment the day before after I flew my mother in law early in case I needed sedation without even saying something to me first. I'm done, never again, don't go here.
