Very caring. I'm having insurance problems and hope that they didn't run things before insurance approval that I can't afford. I kept asking will insurance pay for this. Very clean office. They ran everything through insurance. Thank you!

My initial visit was very comforting. Dr. Chen was very thorough in her plan for my dental care. Her dental assistants were very friendly and genuine.

Dr. Chen and Lisa are fantastic. My son suffers from serious anxiety and gets worked up just thinking about going to the doctor. Imagine my concern when he had five cavities. Dr. Chen did such an amazing job keeping him calm that he didn't notice the shot. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Chen, Lisa, and everyone else in the office!

Make an appointment- wait 2-3 months. Fine. Rearrange your schedule and put in for time off at work. Every dang time. They call and cancel last minute. Leaving zero time to rearrange schedules again. Or have you wait ANOTHER month to fit THEIR schedule. Every dang time. Looking for a new dentist now.

One of the most unorganized businesses I know. You have to redo paperwork every time you come in. They can't find my information so, I always have to fill out like a new patient form after coming here for 5+ years. They're now getting appointments mixed up. I was suppose to get a cleaning but, they had me down for replacing fillings.

Very friendly staff and doctor. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. The details pertaining to my case was very explicit and easy to understand. I'm looking forward to my return visit for the completion of my work needing to be done for me.

Over the past few weeks I've seen Dr. Iyer at the Temple location and have had the best experience. I have had such anxiety going to a dentist because of bad experiences and am so glad I found Dr. I. He took his time, made me feel at ease and made the entire experience pleasant and pain free. Honesty the best shot/dental work I've ever had and my tooth looks AMAZING. I didn't know that a tooth could be fixed this well and it brought me to tears to see the final result. I won't be going anywhere else ever again. Can't recommend him enough

Each member of the Carus Dental staff is friendly and attentive. They do their job swiftly and without complaint. I have only been for cleanings and a filling, but each time everyone did a great job!

This place keeps cancelling my appointments! They always have have a reason like the doctor can't make it in that day. I find it suspect that they can't hire a dentist that wants to be there and need to rely on someone driving from Houston once per week. My wife took her and our 4 kids to another dentist a year ago for the same reason. When I called another dentist and told them I was switching because Carus keeps canceling they replied, "We hear that a lot."

My husband and I came as new clients and from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist we had a great experience. The office is clean and everyone is professional, kind, and informative. I researched several offices before choosing this one and I'm beyond satisfied with this selection. I definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area.

I love going to Carus. They are so kind and helpful and they make you feel super comfortable. Lisa the hygienist is so sweet and fun. Makes the experience less nerve wracking.
