An office staff can truly make or break a business. Silvena the office manager very difficult to deal with. I had a filling in two teeth, it failed within a few days and I was in horrible pain for over a week. They said they couldn't work me in for a week, even after I told them it fell out. I needed an appointment after work they told me it was a 3+ week wait to come in after 5 even though their filling failed within 2 days, so I had to take a half day vacation to go get it fixed. Then when I tried to call them about billing and gave them permission to speak with a parent 3 times since I can't deal with this at work and they are impossible to deal with and filled out paperwork allowing this, Silvena said she hadn't spoken to me, even though I have the call on my call log on my phone. I've called back and it goes to voicemail and they won't answer at all or return the calls. You need new office Staff!

Just had my bi-annual teeth cleaning. The hygenist, Traci Aldridge is, without doubt, the very best hygenist I've ever been to. She is gentle, while being very thorough and efficient. The dentist, Dr. Whitehead, is also very efficient and professional while remaining warm & friendly. I've been visiting this location for several years now and have every intention of visiting for years to come.

Everyone was very polite and informative. I will be getting my dental work done here. Clean atmosphere. The dentist was great at explaining the situation and best treatment plan to me.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, make appointments go by quickly. I never have any issues with the dental care I receive here.

They're nice people however , the front desk needs some training . They don't follow up and they don't answer their requests for call backs. Either the administration doesn't follow up or Dr. whitehead doesn't care to call back . They need to improve , I think I'll go somewhere else .

I walked in the office and felt at ease. Met the hygienist, Katie, and knew I was in the right place. She took detailed information, X-rays, and talked with me. The dentist, Dr Whitehead, came in and sealed the deal. I had met the dynamic duo now in charge of my teeth for the next 10 years. Fantastic doctor, hygienist and staff.

Carus Dental of Kingwood has the best staff and service. I always leave with a wonderful smile and clean teeth. Kristen is the best and I appreciate how she puts the customer first.

They are unprofessional, they cannot give you a date for your appointments. for a crown that I had to wear they didn't take care to take the measurements! to this day I still have no answer!

Although I did not have work done on the day that I went in I did notice workers sanitizing areas each time someone left. From the reception area through out everyone was nice and helpful.

Dr. Whitehead and staff are friendly and professional. They were very sensitive to my fear of the dentist and made the whole experience pleasant!
