I always enjoy Cathryn as my Dental Hygienist. She is so caring and thoughtful. She explains everything to me and makes me feel comfortable. She has definitely earned my trust, and before I leave an appointment I always book my next cleaning with Cathryn. Carus Dental is blessed to have her.

Worst dentist in Georgetown, staff had very poor bedside manor, attitudes were ridiculous, everybody passing the buck. And the my mouth is worse then before I came to see them. I can't chew on my right side at all. And I can't have hot or cold, which wasn't a problem I even had before they went in my mouth. I fell so awful because I though I had a good dental office and referred my fiance and now her mouth is also in worse condition. I just can't believe how awful we were treated and the unbelievable pain both of our mouths are in after we received "treatment" here. This place is a joke steer clear of this place unless you don't mind you drinking liquid foods for good after you leave this place. THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!

If you want to sign up for more issues with your mouth then you already have make sure you book an appointment here! They can take care of that, they can take care of messing you up. They got that part down packed! If you want good dental care make sure to keep looking...this isn't the place. Bedside manor awful, and they have some lady I guess she "worked" in there Christi or Kristi(it doesn't matter) crow, and she made it very clear she didn't want to do her job that day, or maybe it was just because we were black, I generally try not to think that way but that was the vibe that was given off. Then they made us pay for things that weren't down correctly they knowingly did them wrong and still made us pay for them. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went there to get some relief for four teeth. First time seeing this dentist although I have been a patient for a few years. Rather than prescribing anything for pain, they took X-rays, and tapped on all the teeth I was having issues with. Then sent me on my way. I have always been reluctant to go to the dentist. Today's visit reminded me why.

Dr. Kirk has been my dentist for approximately 5 years and I consider him to be the best dentist that I have known. He is personable, explains issues to your full understanding and he is as near painless as any dentist that I have known.

I was treated by an outstanding dentist in the Chicago area for 34 years. When I moved to Texas, I did not think I could find a new dentist with the same level of professionalism and caring approach to his patients. But I found that competence and empathetic approach in Dr. Kirk. He will be my dentist for a long time.

Thought I'd broken a tooth and they got me in on the same day (and first day after a 3-day holiday!) Luckily it was a broken filling so scheduled a cleaning of that area and new filling for the following morning. Signed up for the discount plan and it's too soon to know if that's a good deal but so far but they deserve 5 stars for their efficiency and for their courteous, prompt attention.

Hygienist more intent on increasing revenue than patient safety. Wanted to add that I have a new hygienist Kyra. She is absolutely terrific-caring, thorough mindful of my phobias and medical condition She is 5-star

I do not recommend. I have been going to Carus for years now. The last few visits have been bad. First, I did not see a doctor the on my second to last visit with them. This last time I went and they had moved my scheduled appointment and said nothing. I won't be back. My whole family goes to them and will likely be switching as well.
