So very thankful I found this dentist and his team. I haven't had great experiences with dentists as an adult. The ease with this one began with making the appointment. I made it at least a month in advance knowing that I did need some work after the initial exam and cleaning. When they called to confirm the appointment, unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a conflict. She rescheduled the appointment, but it was over a month out to get into the Carterville office, but I was put on the cancellation call list. They had an appointment open up the same week I was originally scheduled and I jumped on it although I have anxiety with dentist. The communication via text is perfect. The ladies at the desk were so kind. The dental hygienist was phenomenal and put me at ease. I was embarrassed since I haven't taken care of my teeth as an adult as I should have. She understood that life happened. She didn't make me feel judged and really did make the entire experience more comfortable and I'm very thankful for that. When Dr Frederickson came in, he was kind and explained everything clearly, giving me my options and asking me if I had any questions and what I wanted to do. I didn't feel pressured into anything. I would recommend Dr Frederickson and his entire team again and again even after one visit. This is an office that I will continue going back to. Not only for the action plan for current issues, but for my continued preventative care.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Fredrickson and the staff, not only are they caring and welcoming but also very accommodating at a affordable price. You would be hard pressed to find a better practice or people.

Beware think he's a good dentist had work done there went back for a cleaning that is covered by insurance the said I needed a deep cleaning $3500 . Paid about $110 out of pocket for the appointment teeth didn't get cleaned..Remembered hearing the same story at work from a reputable person went to another dentist said that wasn't needed.

I don't have insurance so I was calling a few Dentist to ask a few questions before making an appointment. The person on the phone acted like she was not sure of prices and said I would just have to come in for a office visit at a cost of $100 plus. When I explained I would like to ask a few questions before I paid out $100 plus just to see if I would change dentist to them. She hung up on me. Note I was over nice when talking to her, but I got the feeling that she did not have time for a potential new customer.

1. SUPER nice, 2. SUPER gentle, 3. Easy to work with, 4. Takes my insurance. First of all, Dr. Fredrickson and his wife are the nicest people EVER - super kind and understanding, and talking to Neicey always puts a smile on my face. My hygienist was quick but gentle and I left with squeaky clean teeth and a pretty good understanding of my overall dental health. The doctor addressed all my questions and concerns very knowledgeably. Finallly, they take my insurance - YAAAAYYY! I use Colonial Life/Starmount and my friend uses Delta Dental, and they accept both. I am recommending my friends that use Delta to their clinic because I really feel that they are priced fairly and do their best for their patients. I will definitely be back and will definitely refer people here!

I will definitely go back here for all my dental needs staff and Dr Fredrickson were so nice and I felt absolutely no pain everyone there was so nice and made me feel comfortable and ease from the strat to finish thanks you guys you're awesome

I called because I had a tooth break and was in pain. They got me in the next day. Dr Fredrickson was super nice, talked to me and let me know what he was doing the whole time.. he assistant was very nice also. I will for sure be going back to him for all of my dental work and cleanings.

Great staff and great dentist, fit me in with a crazy schedule and felt next to nothing for some work done. Overall I plan on going back just not for cavities.

Dr. Fredrickson did a great job. By far the best dentist i have been to. He is gentle and makes sure you are at ease before starting. All the staff is very friendly. I have recommend them to everyone. So glad he was recommended to me.

Great staff and great dentist, fit me in with a crazy schedule and felt next to nothing for some work done. Overall I plan on going back just not for cavities.

I was terrified of the dentist because of a traumatic experience as an adolescent. When I had a severe issue with my teeth Carterville family dentistry made time for me and took away my fear of the dentist. Both reasonably priced and a very caring staff. I have been back several times and will continue to go back as well as transferring my whole family in to there care. Best dentist around!!!

I'm sitting here as I'm writing this and this is easly the best dentist I have ever been to I had three shots and did not even feel one not even the one in the roof of my mouth I WAS SO SUPRIZED so happy I found this place
