I've been coming to this office for over a year now, and I almost never feel welcome when I walk in the doors. The staff is usually very cold towards me, especially when I go without my mother. I also sense a lack of confidence in the staff, which makes me very nervous when I am being treated. There is one woman in there that never fails to make me feel welcome, shout out to Meagan!! I've met Dr. Carter once at the Martinez office, he was very warm and friendly during my consultation. I wish I could experience the same from his staff at the Grovetown office. I was expected to be getting my braces off in the spring, but every time I go in for my appointments, everyone that has treated me seems to be on a different page, i.e. telling me to stop wearing my elastics, to starting to wear them again, to repositioning brackets in replacement of wearing elastics etc.. It's very frustrating and I never look forward to being treated at this location. I may consider switching offices for the rest of my treatment time.
