My first appointment was very pleasant!!! Dr.David and Libby were so kind lovely to my son(who they made a Dr in less that 10 minutes)!! I'm so excited to start my journey with them! I cannot wait I highly recommend them!

Always friendly and nice staff. Very professional and welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend going here 1st before any other office. 2nd time getting treatment and they are just like I remember.

It's so hard and difficult to make appointment for repair the loosing braces for my daughter. I had a lesson for myself when I had same trouble for my adjust braces. I'm not happy and not satisfied for this . My daughter doesn't want miss school so I ask appointment for 3.30 at any location, and y'all has 4 location booked until middle of May. And earliest appointment y'all gave for my daughter is 10days later. It means my girl has to hold the loosing piece in her mouth 10 day with difficult chewing. I got this lesson for myself when I had braces from aiken office and I don't know why I let my daughter met it again I won't introduce anyone to Carter orthodontics anymore Update Thanks for earlier appointment for my girl. Thanks Ms Kim

Great place for orthodontic care! They did an awesome job with my braces. Their staff is so nice. I really liked Haley! She is super kind and upbeat! Totally recommend!!

Rude front desk staff. The two of them: one skinny and a heavy one; became very hostile over Covid regulations and how a concerned mom with 2 face masks, could not make sure her child is safe. The office sends parents out to the car to wait for the children while workers walk around in the back with their masks off. Mind you now, that children have their mouths wide open in order to get their braces serviced. Nobody is taking temperatures or asking if anyone may be having any Covid symptoms, but you want to kick all the parents out of the office and then roll your eyes to parents who question office policies.

Called and was scheduled to see Dr. Carter. My first appointment (consultation) was with Dr. Buddy and I assumed it was just because it was the consultation and I'd be seeing Dr. Carter. It's been 6 months and I've only seen the doctor (Dr. Buddy - I was never scheduled to even see Dr. Carter like I requested) twice - I've only seen their "techs". Once was the consultation and the second time was at my last appointment when I complained that I never saw the doctor and that my teeth were getting worse. Initially my teeth were improving but "initially" was about the first month and a half. Since then I've had 2 brackets come off (one was never replaced), lost a filling when one of the brackets came off, watched my 2 front teeth criss cross over each other, and watched a huge gap crop up on either side of a bottom tooth. I feel like the last 4 visits were me updating a TECH about jaw popping and pain that was never present before and teeth shifting in a direction that is NOT what I'm paying for....as in crooked. I feel helpless bc I'm paying every month to fix a problem and the problem is only getting worse. I updated the office of my concern and (last week) was finally scheduled to see Dr. Carter in his grovetown office - a 45 minute drive out of my way but I'm not comfortable with my current experiences there. I spoke with the office today and was told that Dr. Carter is no longer practicing at Carter orthodontist. I honestly feel like this whole operation is a sham and not only have I been lied to but my dental health has been compromised - all at my expense.

Horrible! Dr.Buddy attacked two female patients on Monday, 2/11/19 and we were shocked. It came out of nowhere and again it was horrible that he said that he'd prolong the child's treatment on purpose and charge almost $2000 more for a inconvenience fee to remove something they messed up. I'm shocked! Dr.Carter wasn't like this. What happened to this office?
