Mr Blevins was was amazing and great with his services and the nurse was also very polite, but he agreed to make a payment plan with me , but his receptionist embarrassed me and said "it would be a war " even when I payed 500 down and had another 1000 the day of operation, that leave 500 but went head and payed all instead doing plan , point tho is she was rude and was not considerate of my stand point or of what mr Blevins said the meeting before the surgery

Dr. Blevins has taken great care of my dad, me, and now my fiance. When I called and explained how much pain my fiance was in, Dr. Blevins quickly got him in and took care of the problem. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Blevins to anyone needing oral surgery!

Dr. Blevins has always been good to me. Went today for 2 extractions and the receptionist was way over zealous and out of line with her temper. They lost a cash paying customer.

Did not take my insurance and then left a part of a tooth that had to be removed by another surgeon. Don't waste your time here.

Absolutely wonderful! Made me feel less anxious by holding a conversation with me before the procedure. He and his assistant were very sweet. This was my first time having anything like this done and they made it less SCARY! LOL. Thank you!
