Dr. Carter first started at this practice in 2002, and he couldnt have done it without the unfailing support of his amazing wife and children. Our menu of services features many advanced treatments that cant be found in just any practice, such as sleep apnea therapy, dental implant restoration, TMJ/TMD care, and more. We also use top-tier materials whenever possible, such as lifelike ceramic for dental restorations.
Although our practice may be a small and cozy place, that doesnt mean were behind the times in fact, quite the opposite. Were proud to utilize state-of-the-art technology for our patients benefit, including hard and soft tissue lasers, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and more. These tools improve speed and accuracy while also minimizing discomfort.
Dr. Carter graduated from The University of Notre Dame in 1982 and earned his DMD from Temple University Dental School in 1987. He began practicing dentistry in Philadelphia before moving to Hamburg, where he practiced for nine years. In 1998, he moved to Topton and purchased this practice in 2002.
Besides building a successful practice, Dr. Carter has an amazing wife named Suzanne and two outstanding sons named Tyler and Jackson. He understands small town ethics, family excellence, and professional excellence.
Elizabeth has a bachelors degree from Kutztown University, and shes a licensed massage therapist as well. She believes that the most valuable asset of our practice is the relationship between the staff members and our patients, as well as the high-quality care offered. Shes proud to be a part of our team!
Sherry provides dental cleanings, non-surgical periodontal therapy, digital X-rays, and patient education here in Topton. Originally from Bowers, she now resides in Rockland Township and has been with Dr. Carters practice since 2002. Sherry has an associates degree in dental hygiene and has been in the profession for over 20 years. When asked what she likes about the practice, Sherry responds that she enjoys the wonderful staff, the technology, and the terrific patients. She loves working with people and helping them have better health with good dental care!
Debra is from Whitehall, and shes been with our practice since 2002, which is when she began her career in dental hygiene. She enjoys working with the rest of the staff at our office, and she feels that the patients are just like family.
