We also offer flat-screen TVs in our reception and treatment rooms to make your time in the dental chair as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Dr. Richard Mancuso completed his training at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated from the Premiere Dual Admission Program. This program reserved a seat for him in the College of Dental Medicine, while he completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences. Following this, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
During his training at Nova, Dr. Mancuso provided dental care in community health clinics throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties in Florida. Prior to relocating to Tampa, Dr. Mancuso practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in private practice in both Miami and Boca Raton.
In addition to Dr. Mancusos warm and friendly personality, every patient at our practice enjoys high-quality care. Dr. Mancuso has received advanced training through the Spear Education Center. He is also a member of numerous professional associations, including the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Patient comfort is important to us. This is just one of the reasons we have implemented modern dental technology designed to make your visit to our dental office as comfortable as possible. Some of the technology and comforts that we offer are TVs in our reception and treatment rooms, digital x-rays for low dose radiation, digital intraoral cameras for diagnostic accuracy, and electronic health records for efficiency.
Most of our patients benefit from havingdental x-raysat least once a year. We are proud to offerstate-of-the art digital radiography. Digital x-rays are safer, quicker, and better for the environment.

I had a small chip on my bottom tooth bonded and Dr Mancuso explained each step to me as he was bonding my tooth and his assistant was confident and concise with directions. They were totally in sync and the color match was great and he even smoothed the tooth next to it for me also for which my tongue is grateful. Highly recommend. Very friendly and skilled staff.

I have been coming to this practice since I moved to the area. The experience from arrival to departure is totally seamless and they have a great front office staff as well as the dentist himself, the hygienists and dental assistants. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Carrollwood Village dental the people are so kind and funny and the doctor is gentle and caring and I do not like going to the dentist at all but they've made the experience quite bearable it's not so bad there I will go back again every time I believe Dr. Mancuso is a great dentist and his dental assistants are also fantastic!

Dr. Mancuso & his staff are awesome- several times now they have gotten me in same day when I have had issues with my teeth. They have had to refer me out twice to endo/oral surgeons and they have been great as well. Dr. Mancuso has very fair pricing, plans well, and constantly checking on status so that any necessary changes to treatment or updates can be made. The office is quaint, clean, modern- in a great location in Carrollwood less than a mile from my house which is very convenient. I have never sat in the lobby waiting for more than a couple minutes. They are all on point. Dr. Mancuso and his staff (especially the receptionist, although I forget her name) are all very thorough and make sure you are comfortable through all steps of your appointment. Highly recommend!
