Dr. Semeryuk and Dr. Pandya have decades of experience treating patients of all ages and with diverse needs. They value continuing education and always take advantage of the latest technologies to provide dental care that truly is second-to-none.

Although we offer a range of cosmetic services, like smile makeovers, and leading restorative services, like dental implants, our techniques are rooted in prevention. Dr. Storm Briggs was born in Brooklyn, NY, and grew up in Sacramento, CA. At the age of eighteen Dr. Briggs moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue his longtime collegiate dream of attending the illustrious Morehouse College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Studio Art. Following Morehouse, Dr. Briggs received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Dentistry in 2007.
After receiving his formal doctorate degree, Dr. Briggs completed a 12-month Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he received advanced training in Implants, Oral Surgery, Root Canals, Orthodontics, Principles of Occlusion and Advanced Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Briggs has stayed at the forefront of dentistry by taking hundreds of hours of cutting-edge Continuing Education over the years. Dr. Briggs has received training in Full Mouth Implant Placement and Reconstructions, Full mouth restorative and cosmetic rehabilitations, Laser Dentistry, plus Botox and Dermal Fillers. He has been a certified Invisalign Provider since 2007 and has taken many advanced Invisalign courses over the years, which allow him to treat a vast multitude of clinical situations. Dr. Briggs enjoys helping patients enhance their overall health by improving their oral health. The most rewarding aspect of dentistry is the ability to help and heal another human being, and give them a smile that makes them feel better about themselves.
Dr. Briggs is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Tampa Bay Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the West Coast District Dental Assocation. In his spare time Dr. Briggs enjoys working out, watching sports, traveling, attending church and spending quality time with his beloved wife Kristin and their 3 children.
We use dental x-rays to help increase accurate diagnoses and reinforce clinical safety. At Carrollwood Smiles, we use digital technologies. Digital x-rays expose patients to less radiation than traditional x-rays and provide immediate results.
We use the iTero intraoral digital scannerduring the planning stages for many of our treatments, including orthodontics and restorative procedures. This cutting-edge dental technology gives us an in-depth look at your smile. It even shows you your possible smile outcome side-by-side with your current smile.
X-rays can be an excellent way to help diagnose oral health problems, but an intraoral camera takes it a step further. Our doctors use our intraoral camera to examine areas of our patients' mouths that x-rays cant show.

I must say that I have never been to a dentist with such care and concern for the overall health of my teeth. Dr. Briggs and his staff are awesome!!! I would recommend Carrollwood Smiles to anyone that would like to have a great smile and be treated with sincere kindness.

I am having braces for the second time in my life and Dr. Briggs is so attentive to making my teeth look as straight as possible. He is one of the most caring dentists I have ever had. The entire staff makes you feel at home. I turned to Carrollwood Smiles after my former dentist retired, and have been very happy and satisfied. Dr. Briggs and his amazing and caring staff have been a pleasure to work with. Everyone is up to date in the latest procedures. Cleanings are professionally done, fillings are replaced wonderfully and I just got braces for the second time in my life. Dr. Briggs called me the night I had braces put on to make sure everything was well. The rest of the staff is so professional and personable, which makes the visit so much more pleasant. If you haven't been to Carrollwood Smiles, you don't know what you're missing!!! A couple of weeks later, I had a crown come loose and Dr. Briggs and his assistant, Shila (forgive me if I misspelled your name!!!), did a wonderful job of not only securing the crown, but also ensuring that the tooth was in good condition - all at a very economical price. Dr. Briggs and the entire staff are truly a blessing to the dental field!!!!

Have had great experiences at Carrollwood Smiles and hope to continue. Had a few things done with Dr Briggs and he called to check in a few hours after the procedure. More than willing to talk and answer questions I had. Very nice staff and facility!

So I went to get my teeth cleaned when dental hygienist told me that she can't clean my teeth because I haven't had x-rays in over a year that it's a Florida state law that I have to have x-rays within a year for her to clean my teeth so I left. Went to my car googled it of course never found any law. called the receptionist and asked her to send me over the paperwork on this law she said she would email it to me I never got it. they just lost five patients

The staff is great. It started with a wisdom tooth extraction and one was impacted. Dr.Briggs called me the following day to check on me and see if I had any concerns. I would highly recommend Carrollwood Smiles

I had the most pleasant experience with this office from the staff all the way up to Dr. Briggs. I even had a follow up call from the dentist himself which that alone blew my mind. I am referring anyone I know to this office that needs a real caring dentist.

Before I post my review, let me start by saying I have severe dental anxiety that stems back from childhood. This was my first visit to Carrollwood Smiles and I was too nervous to tell them I had dental anxiety. Turns out.. I didn't even have to. They picked up on my nervousness immediately and were super patient with me through every step.. from the X-ray tech's kindness, to the dental hygienist's down to earth nature, all the way through to Dr. Briggs' hospitality. They all introduced themselves and talked though every part of the exam to distract me and my anxiety. I am so glad I made the decision to move my family to this practice and I know we will continue to have great results!
