Dr. Namrata Shah and her staff are amazing ad usual. Kimberly and the lady (can't remember her name)that would do my cleanings are phenomenal. They work with you if run into any problems with paying. They're very understanding. I definitely recommend this place

Would not recommend. This office trapped me and gave me the worst visit of my life. It's seems great at first but slowly you will see the reality of this place. The dentist completely mislead me through my entire visit for me to go home with an entire swollen mouth for 2 weeks, no medicine, me not being able to eat, and a tooth that I'm stuck with forever. DO NOT GO HERE

The Staff was very attentive to my needs. They understand that some of us have a great fear of going to the dentist. And they knew exactly how to handle it! I lam looking forward to my next visit with a lot less fear.

This was my first time and they were all so nice! Explained everything very well. I had to work so I go the latest appt they had and they stayed after closing to finish me up and make sure everything was done properly. Great place will definitely keep going back here! 100% recommend.

From the front office, to the hygienists and doctor, amazing staff! Special shout out to Kimbelry at the front. She is warm, friendly, most importantly makes you feel comfortable (the dentist is not an easy place for some people to go). That welcoming face at the front is the first thing you experience at an office and can determine how someone feels about the place as a whole. My youngest is 8, has never been comfortable with the dentist or a cleaning, it has taken some time to get comfortable but he had the best visit ever yesterday! Thank you doctor and staff for taking your time and caring. I wish I remembered his hygienists name she was great! Thank you all!!!!

The entire process from checking in, the appointment itself, to check out is always very pleasant and easy. Everyone is very friendly, explains everything in great detail and makes sure I'm comfortable.

My husband and I had such a great experience at Carrollton Family Dental. All the staff was friendly and professional. Kimberly was especially welcoming and made us feel absolutely comfortable before our visit with the dentist. We will definitely recommend this facility.

My wife's crown fell and we requested to put it back. From the very beginning they requested us to pay $50 to do some x-rays and blood pressure testings, and we paid for that, and they also requested $100 to put the crown back which I consider a little bit expensive but we paid it because we need to do that urgently, the doctor told me that I have to be careful with it for 24 hours but after that everything was normal, the crown fell again 4 days later and they were refusing to give us a full refund, finally they did it. We r very disappointed with them, I don't recommend this place because their work is not reliable, the doctor looks like she doesn't know what she's doing, and the crown fell four days later and I had to do everything again with another dentist. They told me that this kind of problem never happened to them before and they were really worry about me but I don't believe it, for sure, they were lying and they were trying to not give me a full refund Don't trust them, they are not professional and not reliable
