Dr. Tom & staff are the epitome of professional. They handle complex situations with total care & understanding. The hygienists, the front desk staff, Megan & Marcy (best implant team ever!) are so easy & friendly to work with. If you want a dentist team who is concerned with your care & fear of dentistry, this is the place to go. I can now say I LOVE my smile because of this office!

Everyone here is so friendly and patient... when I started here years ago I had a fear of going to the dentist and would always need gas to get through an appointment even cleanings. With their patient and caring attitude I no longer require the gas and I no longer stress about a visit to the dentist. I know a few dental offices that could learn a lot from this practice.

I had my 6 month cleaning & Check-up and just a great experience ! I was on schedule and so was the dental tech, who was very gentle in cleaning my teeth. Just very accommodating and Dr. Birong was very encouraging.

From answering the phone with such welcoming voices To Making appointments to fit OUR schedule To SMILES at the front desk upon arrival that never stop smiling To SHORT wait times even though the waiting room is so comfortable even for children To meeting different dental hygienists, dental assistants and other special staff To the extra care in adjustments fitting into the dental chair To the awaited expert and professional specialist and in addition a special person "Dr. Tom" Thank you ALL -- ALWAYS -- for making us feel like Family in the Lord!! I walked in with a mouthful of trouble and left feeling confident that they will help me. From the front desk, the assistant, the Dentist, and the lay out of the plan and cost. Never once did I feel judged or persuaded to choose my path. It was laid out to me and the direction that I wanted to take was in my hands. Thank you Dr Severson and Staff, I made the right choice choosing your office.

We love going to Carrollton Family Dental--and who loves going to the dentist? We love the care and consideration we get from staff, and we've been going there for 31 years now. Things are explained well there, the hygienists are good to listen to, and appointments are on time. Appreciated very much when I had an emergency the day of a long trip and was worked in immediately for a root canal!

Went in for regular cleaning and also had mild pain in one of my teeth. So Dr. Tom Birong took an X-ray, and found an abscess that was causing the pain. We discussed my options which were very few, because I had let the pain go too long ugh. The tooth was already dead so the only discussion was whether I would have/need an implant after pulling. I was amazed he was able to pull my tooth during the same visit!! and immediately my pain was gone. Now 6 months later, I had another cleaning and am feeling great! Thank you to Dr. Birong and his awesome staff. I have a love/hate relationship with the dentist.... I hate the Dentist, I hate the Dentist....wow, I feel great....I LOVE my Dentist! :) ps: while they pulled the one tooth, he said he would also fill a "wear facet".(a big hole in my enamel, he said from grinding, most likely while I sleep). So my "wear facet" is prevented from getting worse, I now have a sleep study scheduled, and if they find that I grind at night or have sleep apnea, Dr. Birong said he might have solutions that will help me sleep better and help me save my teeth well into my 60s!!! All from a dentist, who would have thought.
