Had to have a tooth pulled. I was really afraid. Dr. Kleinman gave me needles to numb me up. His assistant rubbed my arm to calm me down. Did not hurt. Never felt any pain while pulling tooth. All of his staff are very friendly and helpful.

The environment is awesome, clean,and the staff is pleasent. You can clearly see that the staff works in a Stress Free environment and the wait times wasn't long at all. Great Doctors that thoroughly kept me informed of what he/she was doing and the preventative methods so it will not have again. Will be a patient there as long as I still have Teeth. Check them out and smile with them All!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and the environment of this office. Super friendly and professional, clean and made me feel very comfortable. I had a great visit with Carroll Periodontics today! Aaron, who checked me in was absolutely awesome and great to work with. Jennifer was as pleasant and friendly as always and Dr. K was funny and professional and made me feel very relaxed!! I will have no problems in going there for future visits, knowing already that I will have a great and enjoyable visit....thank you guys!!

All of the staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I had a dental emergency and Dr. O'Sullivan came in on his day off. He thoroughly explained the root canal process. I also received a follow-up call the day after.

I had waited for, and looked forward to this appointment for three months as I was convinced by the reviews that the dentist was as good as the reviewers had stated. But based on my experience after showing up for my appointment yesterday after traveling 37 miles to get to the location of the practice, I had a very rude awakening as the dentist came in and stood with his hands hung down and held together, didn't say good morning, or even his name, and began snarling at me. I guess I wore the wrong skin colour. The receptionists are awesome. Thanks Jennifer.

Carroll Periodontics & Implants is excellent. I found Dr Kleinman and his staff to be superb. He provided sound advice and gave me all the pertinent options and did so in a easily understood fashion. The front office staff were very friendly, highly professional and thoughtful. In addition they were very friendly and in good spirits. I highly recommend this team! I had a second visit with Dr. Kleinman and had the same excellent service and outcome! Thanks!! Still great

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The doctor saw me at my appointment time and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail and was very helpful in explaining a course of treatment. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone seeking periodontic care!

from the front desk staff to the dentist- everyone was super kind and welcoming. they explained things really well and even reached out to my other dental practice while i was still being seen in the back to see if they could fit me in that day. wouldn't hesitate to go back here again!
