Had my semi annual hygienist appt. today. While conversation can be challenging, it is always pleasurable to catch up. Cleaning of tartar and polishing is thorough. Health check of teeth and mouth/neck always performed. I am happy to go twice yearly.

Always a pleasant place to come. Lots of smiles. Angie always keeps my smile looking it's best. She is so friendly and helpful with tips to keep my teeth their best. Angie is terrific and I look forward to having a great smile for a long time ! Being a senior that is such a huge help to me. Dr. Simpson is always great and makes sure everything is good . THANKS to the desk receptionist who worked very hard to schedule all my needed appointments and insurance needs !! Carroll County Dental is the BEST. Been going to them for over 18 years. Thank you all.

The office is so clean and organized. The staff is absolutely amazing!! All the girls at the front desk are so pleasant. The dental hygienist was so kind and thorough. Dr. Paul was an absolute delight! I am so happy we decided to switch to this office!

Great visit! Front desk check in process was quick and easy. Very short wait time before being met by my hygienist. Exam, cleaning, and X-ray process went smooth and was handled very professionally. Entire appointment was smooth, efficient, thorough, and friendly!

Visit for my children was fine. I went back for a cleaning and the dentist advised me she couldn't as I needed scaling. I was referred to a periodontist who never returned my call for an appt. I went elsewhere to be told my teeth were fine, no bone loss and I just needed a good cleaning post-covid missed appts. It took me 7 months to get the original appt after covid. I then waited another 3 for the specialist. I could've had a cleaning and still been fine (must be 6 mos between cleanings). We went to greenspring peds dentistry and they are great. My husband and I still drive an hour for ours but at least our teeth are cleaned in a timely fashion!

I had a pleasant experience at Carroll County Dental Associates, Sept. 2022. I went for an exam and cleaning and Sandy was my dental hygienist. She was absolutely wonderful! She was very gentle and explained everything she was doing that helped me understand what to expect. She did scans and x-rays and planned for my future dental care. There was very little discomfort and my teeth feel great! She was extremely knowledgeable and had a very good "chair side" manner. Thank you CCDA for getting me in within the week!!

I was given a different hygienist yesterday, SANDY, and it was a wonderful experience. She was thorough and professional. Very happy with the great job she did on my teeth as well as the excellent dental health tips she provided. Dr. Simpson is always wonderful and the best dentist I have ever had. She puts me at ease with her gentle kind voice and mannerisms. The team at the front desk is kind and helpful. Love this office. They are amazing. To someone who has always been afraid to go to the dentist, it is a breath of fresh air!!
