Dr. Chokshi is a general dentist who also grew up in Gujarat, India. He graduated with honors and received a Bachelors of Dental Surgery degree from BVP Dental College and Hospital at Pune in India. He then attended Purdue University School of Dentistry in Indiana where he earned his Doctoral degree of Dental Surgery. After undergoing extensive training in sedation, placing and restoring implants and oral surgery, he earned the title of Fellow in the International Implant Dental Association. Dr. Chokshi is dedicated to providing his patients with the most up-to-date treatment. He also has extensive training in sleep apnea therapy, Invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, veneers and dental implants. In his free time, he enjoys going on mission trips and has provided dental services to underserved communities in Haiti for the last 3 years.
In his free time, Dr. Chokshi enjoys drawing, arts and playing Indian Drums. Dr. Parikh and Dr. Chokshi are a husband and wife team whose goal is to work together to provide quality care to their patients and build long-term relationships with them.
Dr. Bhrita Parikh grew up in Gujarat, India, where she received her BDS degree and practiced general dentistry before moving to the US in 2014. In the US, Dr. Parikh attended Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai, NY and received her Masters in Public Health. She then gained her DMD degree with the International Dental Program at University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the American Dental Association and North Carolina Dental society. Her mission is to educate patients about oral care in relation to overall health. She is passionate about keeping up with current advancements in implants and periodontology.
Brittney works hand-in-hand alongside Dr. Chokshi and Dr. Bhrita as a dental assistant. Becoming a dental assistant has been her long time dream and Carrington Square Dental is proud to have her on board. Brittney is instrumental in making sure patients are comfortable during treatment and assuring them they are in the best hands with our team.
Away from the office, Brittney loves taking trips to the mountains and the beach, as these are two of her favorite places. She also enjoys long walks with her dog, Buddy, and spending time with family and friends.
Perina is a dentist from India where she found great pleasure in creating beautiful smiles and helping patients achieve optimal oral health. She strongly believes that oral health is a gateway of physical health. Her clinical interests include fixed and removable prosthodontics, root canals, oral surgery, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Perina earned her Masters of Public Health degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is committed to excellence in overall health while providing the highest quality care and patient education.
She is also certified in Dental Radiology, Coronal polishing, Nitrous Oxide sedation and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Perina uses her dental skills to make sure the patients are comfortable, happy and help others to get their confidence they want in their smile. Perina has a passion for providing care to those in needs and helping to ease patients fears and anxieties about coming to the dentists office.
Her family background and education has played an important role in forming the core of who she is today. Out of dentistry, some of her favorite things are travelling, painting, going to beach and temple. She enjoys spending time with her daughter.

I was there today bc i need to get my wisdom teeth removed, i drove 30 min to get there but it was worth it, my consultation was excellent, starting with the staff, everyone is so friendly and professional, they take time to explain everything. Dr Chaskhi is very kind and very good with all the procedures. I thank Melanie for taking the time to answer all my questions and give me right suggestions. I'd highly recommend Dr Chaskhi for all your dental needs. We all get nervous about going to the dentist and that is something Dr Chaskhi understands very well and he makes sure your visit is pleasant.

Dr. C removed 2 of my wisdom teeth and Anna assisted. I was absolutely terrified after an awful experience elsewhere with getting just one removed. I had a very quick and easy experience with Dr. C and just had laughing gas for the procedure. I had some pain and discomfort after the procedure. By day 2 though I felt completely back to normal. I had very little bleeding right after the procedure as well. I could not believe the wonderful experience and quick recovery thanks to Dr. C.

I had a wonderful experience. I had to have a tooth pulled and it was over before I knew it. The staff is wonderful from the front desk to Tanya who helped the Dr to Brittney who asked about my family. The Dr was great, he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. If you need dental care CARRINGTON SQUARE Is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.
