Unhelpful. Not friendly/welcoming from customer service. Seems uncaring to Volunteer Customers and Student Grade score. "A No Exception to the rule policy" Either you come or you'll Never be accepted again. The students are already under pressure. CC has this policy rule "You get in and get out" They have a time limit if you don't use it "BEG" before you lose it. 1-2-3 Strikes Your Out.... Too Bad! Bye CC hope y'all fine a different rapport.

A little longer than a normal cleaning, but it's free, right? I feel confident I got a thorough and professional cleaning. But you do need to make the appointments and be on time, otherwise it can be something of a catastrophe for the students.

Make no mistake this is a College, but they are very serious and professional about the training and work they do. Yes, it takes extra time (each patient must be thoroughly evaluated-which may take up to a 3 hour chunk of time) before dental cleaning can commence, but also, yes, it is free of cost. Students learn to be professional, and faculty (teachers) and doctors insure things are done thoroughly and properly. Because they are a college, as a patient you are expected to be on time and compliant with all their rules and regulations-I don't think that is too much to ask! I think they're great.

So, I have been a patient at the clinic for 6 years..I was there today and had xrays and a cleaning. Everyone was top notch..a great cleaning, good job overall..I like how you are seen by the hygenist and their teacher and the dentist too. They really take an interest in your mouth health..and it's free/well worth the time spent and they learn from my mouth. Was in today for a cleaning and exam, so pleased, great people and great cleaning..can't say enough good things about this place. In today for my cleaning and saw the dentist too..what can I say, everyone is so professional, they teach me good habits, the cleaning was very thorough and I am happy to get to see them..My mouth helps them learn and I get a nice cleaning with no fee. Today another great visit. Exam, xrays and deep cleaning- all went great. My new hygenist was very kind and concerned I had a good comfortable visit. I can't say enough good things about this place...and it's free. Just make sure you have no time limit and it may take a 2nd visit/well worth it for sure.

I had an appointment here at 4:30 I came straight from work all the way in Goodyear I drove 2x to this location and I was late the security was rude saying come back next time, so today I came again same issue especially with the road work of course I'm going to be late they said they have a grace period till 4:45 I came at that time I even ran and the rude security asked for my name then wasted time knowing that I had to get in fast and said it's late? Like I wouldn't be late if she didn't decide to question me she's always rude and I'm starting to think it's personal. I called 2x and never got a call back super unprofessional !

Not returning back anymore. The receptionist is very rude and ruined my experience at this location. Feel bad though for the students there that the staff there ruin things for them

Have had several wonderful visits to the clinic and couldn't be happier with my services. Congrats to the students passing their state boards and I will continue to come in for cleanings. All staff and students have been great.

This was the first time I went to Carrighton Dental Hygiene school. I was concerned about the 3 hour time span. But discovered how meticulous the student was who cleaned my teeth and took the bite wing and digital xrays. Her name was Paola and she was to graduate this Spring. She was very caring, considerate and. As I said meticulous. Her instructors checked all of her work and then a dentist inspected my teeth. There were no concerns. I costs nothing and felt that my teeth were cleaned better than any of the paid hygienists I have visited. I have good dental insurance but wanted to give back to the students who are studying there.

Dental care was professional. Disappointed office doesn't work with other dental offices to share x-rays when additional dental work has been brought to a patients attention.

I can't believe how well they've taken care of me. After an embarrassingly long gap between cleanings I think it might have cost a thousand dollars to get the kind of care they've offered simply for my time. I'm guessing the young lady that worked on me is about to graduate at the top of her class

WORST PLACE TO GET A CLEANING EVER. The staff is the most inexperienced I have ever met. They have the audacity to laugh at ruining a patients dental work. Continued to act like they were the victim when the patient isn't even able to talk after they had a student mess up the entire appointment.

If I was able to give this place a zero star I would. Rude people everywhere, have no respect for patients. Disgusting I hope this place ends gets their work ethics right.

What a beautiful experience. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I loved how the staff and students worked well together, like a family. My dental hygienist was Alyssa and she was the best!! Alyssa was confident, a great listener, compassionate, down to earth and proficient. She even followed up with me to make sure I was healing properly. Professional during every visit!
