He received his dental degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. He then attended St. Louis University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He also attended St. Louis Universitys School of Orthodontics, earning a Master of Science in Dentistry.
Dr. Carr stays on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in orthodontics by maintaining memberships with organizations such as: American Association of Orthodontists, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and The Permian Basin Dental Association.

I help you maximize all of your orthodontic benefits, in order to achieve your perfect smile. I have over 8 years of experience in the dental field as a certified dental assistant and qualified front desk scheduling assistant. What I love most about my job is being able to meet and build relationships with patients as well as my AMAZING team! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and playing with my two boxers Gypsy and Sophie.

It is so gratifying being part of a team that changes a persons smile. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my two fur babies at home, traveling and being around my family and friends.

Hi, my name is Alyssa. I am one of Dr. Carrs certified orthodontic assistants and the records technician. I have over 8 years of orthodontic experience. My job here is to help assist Dr. Carr with all orthodontic adjustments, as well as doing all the new patient records and final records. What I find most rewarding in my position is getting to see patients smile and watching their confidence increase throughout treatment. It is very gratifying. I enjoy working here because I am able to build relationships with each patient throughout treatment, which makes it bittersweet when they finish. When I am not at work, I spend the majority of my time with my son Carter. I also enjoy working out and being outdoors.

Dr Carr and his staff are amazing!!! They have made my braces experience 10x better than it originally started! I was with another orthodontist 2 years before switching to Dr Carr & I was mortified by the experience. Switching to Dr Carr has eased my worries so much & I enjoy going to my appointments! Dr Carr & his staff do their best to answer any questions & make you feel super comfortable! I wish I would've started my braces treatment with Dr Carr originally! He definitely knows what he is doing & he makes sure everything is done fully to 100% and doesn't cut corners!

Dr. Carr knows what he is doing, and I am now confident with my smile, one that I can take with me to college and my career. Positive, family and community-oriented staff that went out of their way to ensure my teeth looked great. It's obvious that Dr. Carr cares about making your teeth look great- he won't try to sell you something you don't need, like some dentists and doctors do. He and his staff always ask how I'm doing, what I've been up to, and if I'm taking good care of my teeth. They are up-to-date with their equipment and know how to use it while minimizing any discomfort during the process. After four years of having braces and regularly visiting the office, I really recommend Dr. Carr and his team because they answer every question in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, and you or your kid will see results in the mirror.

Dr Carr and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They spend time explaining everything they are going to do. Dr Carr is quiet, but he kindly answers every question. I have two children in his care. I have only heard good things about him. Excellent!
