Dr. Carr, Dr. Carter and the Carr Dentistry team are amazing. We switched to this dentist office and our experience was exceptional. My 5 year old had to get a lot of work done and they made him feel very comfortable. Thanks again Carr Dentistry

I took my 11 month old daughter for her very first dental visit this week. From my first step through the door, the staff was friendly and helpful. Jordan was great at explaining the dental visit and what to expect and she gave some great tips on how to make it easier to brush the teeth of a child who is very resistant. We saw Dr. Carter and she was simply amazing! We couldnt ask for a better first visit and cant wait to go back in 6 months!

As a wife of a general dentist I had high expectations for my daughter's (at 18 months old) first dental experience. Dr. Carr and her staff exceeded those expectations! My daughter was happy and cooperative during her visit because the staff was gentle and friendly. I can't wait for my daughter to cultivate a great relationship with this office that can only result in a lifetime of superior dental health.

I am so disappointed in this clinic. We were very happy the first time we went and we decided to sign up for their membership (because apparently it's discounted) We called to cancel the membership because we are moving out of state. This is a life event that they don't care about. And they don't want to work with us cancelling our membership. We lost so much money by going there. We called 2 days ago about it and they said they will call us back. They never called back and then at 6:30 am we received a text message saying that it is not refundable. Not even a callback!! This is beyond unprofessional and they can't even work with their client. I very enjoyed Dr Carr but this ruins it all for us. It is a lot a money for us and they don't care about it. Obviously they don't care about us. I understand the non refundable part. But this should be a qualifying life event for a refund. And btw, they don't tell you when you sign up but "in the contract" so they can't help you.

I'm surprised the amount of 5 this place received. I see where a mother mentioned how they traumatized her daughter, she's not lying. I took my autistic son there about 2 years ago and they traumatized him so badly I'm unable to take him to any dentist. During the peak of covid I made on appointment and I clearly ask if they take a child with special need and they clearly stated yes! Anyhow I fill out the forms stating every single detail about my son they came and took him and said I would've to wait in my car. I was waiting for almost 25 min then I got worried knowing my son is none verbal. I went and ask the nurse that took him if everything was OK and she told me yes, he was doing great! Just about 45 min they came outside to get me. When I went in they had my son running and screaming for his life I literally got emotional I said why you guys didn't call me earlier he climb in my arms and wouldn't let go and even after that they still wanted to put him in some brace to restrain him so they could do the cleaning I simply told them no! They're all about money. They had my son for almost an hr and said they didn't know he couldn't speak. Months after they've the nerve calling to get a $1500 appointment going without even checking my son's mouth. They told me everything that might be wrong without even getting the chance to examine his mouth.

Love this place! Today was my daughter's last visit because of age, but she had been going there since 2013. Staff was always friendly and Dr. Carr is amazing!! She takes the time to explain about my child's care and treatment and is so personal. Danielle is also so very sweet and personable with my daughter. The woman who checks us out upon completion is also amazing. Both of these ladies have been there as long as my daughter has been going, which also says a lot about the business- they keep their staff! Also want to relay I do get feed back from my daughter about how they treat her in the back without parents and it's always a positive response. Thanks again for all you guys did for my daughter over the years and for the community!

The most amazing dentist office from the moment you enter the door. My grandson was visibly nervous and scared when we were checking in. The staff at the counter immediately tried to help make him feel more comfortable. They fully explained every detail of what was available to help him feel calm and what procedure he was going to have. He was having a tough time at first so they brought in a therapy dog to see if it would help. It worked! Because of Dr. Carr and Danielle's patience and with Buddy by his side he made it through the procedure calmly without any sedation needed! They took me back three times so that I could see how he was doing and to provide me with updates. When they were done he asked me when he was coming back. After I told him when he said he wanted to come back next week so that he could see Buddy. So we may have to stop by for just a few moments to say hello to Buddy. Dr. Carr and team thank you for being such an amazing team that really cares about their patience and family.

We gave it three tries here. The first time they overcharged us and didn't communicate pricing before performing cleanings. The second time we waited an hour and a half-my 4 year old and 1 year old were hungry and exhausted after waiting in a busy waiting room for way too long. The third time we had a new insurance and they asked me to call my insurance while in their waiting room after already waiting for 45 minutes. They said they couldn't help me unless I called otherwise I'd have to pay out of pocket. I tried to call and waited on hold then decided to leave. Finding a new dentist for my little boys. This place is NOT WORTH IT. Extremely frustrating experiences all 3 times we have been here. Do your self and child a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.

PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE!! OR AT LEAST GET A 2ND OPINION. My 6 year old daughter liked her previous dentist and went in for routine cleanings. She never feared going (And I was there with her the whole time). After Dr. Carr worked on her for 2 hours (after being asked not to) and ridiculed her for crying and complaining of being in pain, it took years for her to get over her fear of the dentist. DETAILS: I was told in my initial visit my daughter would need a lot of work done on her teeth. That was a bit shocking because her previous dentist never mentioned that amount of work and even advised my daughters enamel didn't fully develop on both of her molars. Dr. Carr told me flat out that was a lie and that they were cavities due to sugar. During our consultation I made it clear that much work could not be done in one day on my child. She said she'd charge me extra for a 2nd visit which I had no problem with. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE FOR A 2ND OPINION! On the day of my daughters appt I realized she had been in the back for over an hour. I began to worry so I inquired about her visit and asked for an update. They let me peek through the door- my daughter was alone but "seemed" calm. They assured me they were finishing up. After a 2 hour appointment and another inquiry my daughter came out looking visibly shaken and teary eyed. She said she cried the whole time and screamed for her mom and they told her if she kept crying she wouldn't be able to see me for even longer. That's why she was still when I saw her from behind. They were mean to her and didn't console her and never came to get me. The part that hurt the most was when Dr. Care told me THEY MADE AN EXECUTIVE DECISION TO DO ALL THE DENTAL WORK IN ONE SITTING AND THATS WHY IT TOOK 2 HOURS. I was shocked a dentist would work on a 6 year old for 2 hours after being told absolutely not. Our new dentist fixed some of the errors that were made and causing pain. It's been 4 years and my daughter has NEVER needed the amount of work Dr. Carr suggested and executed. She still talks about how traumatizing that experience was to this day.

Amazing experience! I was nervous about taking my child to a dentist that did not allow us to be with them during the treatment, but after taking the tour of the office and meeting absolutely everyone (it was part of the tour) I felt safe to have them go back. Everyone was friendly and great with the kids. The doctor was so patient in explaining everything and explained in common terms not doctor lingo.

Dr Carr and their entire team is incredible... I genuinely felt like everyone at the office went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and my son. Special shout out to Jordan who really helped take our experience to the next level. I came here for a second opinion and couldn't be happier that I found our new dentist

The kids feel comfortable showing up to their appointments knowing that they will get the best care possible. As a parent I appreciate the way information is communicated and explained. This allows for proper decisions to be made for the child's oral hygiene.

My son who is 11 years old has been seen by Dr Carr since he was 18 months. He has never complained about his experience and has never expressed fear of going to the dentist, for that I thank her and her staff.

Update: My issues with this dental office have been resolved.. Shortly after leaving this review, the office manager from Carr Pediatric called me to inform me there was some miscommunication. She said she wasnt notified that she was supposed to come outside or that I would've waited in the lobby area. Long story short, I rescheduled and was allowed to sit in the lobby to wait while my daughter was serviced. I didn't get to go back into the area where they were doing the dental work but was given a tour, and that was fine. On our second visit, I also waited in the lobby but was invited to take a look while my daughter was getting serviced...although in a way she wouldn't notice me. I appreciate them for taking the time and breaking a process to make a new customer feel more comfortable! Our experience went as well as one could expect...my daughter had cavities and they did an awesome job of filling them and keeping her nerves in tact--she has serious medical anxiety. I especially appreciated the communication from Dr. Carr and the nurses throughout the process. They anticipated my baby's needs and knew when she was going to start going downhill. We were able to give her the anesthesia just in time for everything to work smoothly. For visibility and context, im leaving my original review up as well: Very disappointed in the service here. I understand taking precautions due to covid, but the way the staff handled my daughter's appointment today was ridiculous. We waited for an hour in the car, and when it was time to come in, they offered to take me on a tour before id have to come back out to the car while my 5 year old has her appointment alone. When I told them I was uncomfortable with sending her in alone given this is our FIRST visit, I was told the manager would come speak with me. The manager DID NOT come out but sent the staff back out to tell me there was nothing they could do. It made no sense that I couldn't sit in the lobby with my mask on, at the very least. This is a pediatric dental office that specifically treats kids! They need to create a more family friendly policy and stop forcing parents to blindly trust them with their child. I don't understand how the dentist can agree to be all in a child's mouth but is afraid of her mom who lives in the same house sitting in the lobby with a mask on.

From making the appointment to the actual appointment day, staff and Dr. Carr where AMAZING. Very friendly and professional. I was very nervous as my 6yr old has Autism, and it has always been difficult getting any kind of dental work done. It was our first visit and they where able to do so much more than has been done in the past. The way they treated my child was amazing, he did better than with any other dentist we have been to.

The staff was great! Everyone was so helpful and the dentist took their time to explain to us exactly what was going on with our kid's teeth. Daniel made sure we had copies of everything just in case we needed to refer back to the pp work. We will be back!
