Dr. Fred W. Carpenter is from the Twin Cities area. He studied at the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology as an engineering student before enrolling in the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. After dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency program in Burlington, Vermont, which involved more extensive training in oral surgery, periodontics and endodontics (he also may have improved his skiing technique). He then practiced general dentistry for three years before returning to the University of Minnesota to complete his two-year orthodontic specialty certification in 1982. Since that time, he has limited his practice to orthodontics (braces) only.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
I have been with Carpenter Orthodontics for 15 years. I have enjoyed meeting all the patients through the years. I always welcome the opportunity to guide our patients through the world of dental insurance and maximize their dental benefits. It is such a compliment to see former patients bringing their children back to us. In my free time enjoy swimming, gardening, and traveling with friends and family.
Ive had the pleasure of being part of Carpenter Orthodontics since Dr. Carpenter opened his practice in Minnesota. One of the things I enjoy most about orthodontics is to seeing how changing a patients smile transforms their lives. As a Dental Assistant, some of my duties are trimming models, making retainers, and assisting Dr. Carpenter in bondings and removals.
I enjoy talking with patients and making sure they feel comfortable in our office. When Im not working am an avid runner and run both half and full Marathons several times a year.I like bike riding, spending time with my family and playing with my dog, Bentley.
I joined Carpenter Orthodontics in 2013 after completing my education in Dental Assisting at Century College. I am trained in iTero impressions as well as traditional impressions. I look forward to meeting new patients each day as well as seeing current patients. In my free time I enjoy being physically fit and enjoy spending time working out both indoors and out. I also like to travel across the USA as well as abroad. . I speak four languages. On weekends you will find me spending time with my family, friends and shopping!
I have been with Carpenter orthodontics since 2020. I studied Dental Assisting at Dakota County technical college and assisted for two years. I found that working in front office was a great fit for me. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, fishing and spending time with my family and friends.
