My wisdom teeth surgery was cancelled the day before and was given no explanation as to why. Unprofessional.

Highly recommend! I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out Dr. Lemmon was amazing he managed to get get four of my wisdom teeth out within 10 Mins. After he being sedated GREAT JOB AND THANKS FOR A AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I had the worst experience ever getting 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was put under iv sedation which I was advised would prevent me from feeling anything during the surgery. I felt the entire surgery, each tooth extraction and the tools clunking against my teeth. I tried making them aware during the surgery that I could feel everything and they dismissed me and proceeded while I was in incredible pain. As I left I made it abundantly clear that i was completely coherent and felt everything during the surgery and feel no after sedation after affects from the surgery aside from the pain of being put under incorrectly. I tried discussing this with staff and they ushered me out the door to leave, without a solution for the pain I went through during an incorrectly performed procedure. The doctor did not even check on me afterward except to see that I was still obviously very awake as I was during the procedure. I am typing this 10 minutes after having the procedure done, clearly very coherent.

From the front office, to the nurses and Dr. Booth, our experience was wonderful! They took great care of my daughter during her wisdom teeth surgery and thoroughly explained the procedure and answered any questions beforehand. She healed quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend them!

Office staff wasn't super friendly. I witnessed them be harsh and unfriendly to other patients. There was a discrepancy with my check in and I could also hear the other office staff retelling the story and laugh about it while I was waiting. Not the most welcoming or professional atmosphere for a surgical center.

Love love love this place amazing staff very helpful and understanding had my 4 wisdom teeth removed today and I'm doing great so far Dr Lemmon is amazing and so are all the nurses

Communication with the front desk, specifically TASHIA, hands down worst experience I've had ever. After my experience, I called the practice admin, Ms. Andrea Rhodes. I explained that TASHIA "T" had made a snide remark about my car takers front teeth "well, I'm not the one that needs a dentist". Ms. Rhodes, stated there's nothing she can do because they "employ" her and the other receptionists said "the same thing". But when I asked what happened, Ms. Rhodes and asked me not to come back; being a disabled veteran with a medical condition with my caretaker. I'm extremely displeased with their ethics, morals, and values. I would NOT recommend doing business. I was informed this is not the first caustic incident with the front desk personnel, Ms. TASHIA. I will be pursuing ADA guidelines and the better business bureau.

I had an appointment with them yesterday. I was nervous about getting put to sleep and having to get two teeth pulled. The doctors were very helpful and nice they answered all my questions and the guy that did my anesthesia was awesome . I barely felt the needle go in my arm and after he told me he was gone start the medicine I was out within a couple seconds didn't feel a thing!!!

Actual work done was excellent. I had 2 extractions, a bone graft and 5 implants done all in the same visit. Dr. Buffalini and the anesthesiologist both did great job and i was out the door in an 1.5 hours. Would recommend highly. Only minus is that communicating with office staff is next to impossible. I suggest that you get all your qustions answered on the first visit.

If I could rate zero stars I would, my personal procedural experience was nice but I overheard the assistants talking about how terrible the management is at this place and how they want to quit. I also heard a lot of cussing back and forth between the doctor and assistants as jokes but still unprofessional. I don't feel comfortable in a surgical facility knowing the workers hate their jobs and that sets a bad tone. I wouldn't go here again.

I had a pleasant experience at the doctor's office. Very good staff,doctor was very nice, got the job done with no discomfort. Very informative, caring staff and Dr. Thank you,highly recommended.

Very professional business. They gave a follow up call the same day to see how I was doing and answer any questions. Everything was clean and the waiting area was pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Today was my procedure it was excellent staffing and pre-prepping was perfect. Adrieana with Mark were excellent partners. Efficient and professional. Would recommend to family & friends.

Dr. Bufalini extracted my wisdom teeth yesterday afternoon and I felt no pain whatsoever by 8pm that evening. I was told I would have some soreness for up to a week but, Dr. Bufalini did such an excellent job that my soreness was completely gone by the next day! Thank you SO much Dr. Bufalini!!!

Staff was very friendly... I took my 9 year old and they took very good care of him... Dr. Lemmon and his assistant was excellent... He coached my son through the whole surgery and made sure he was comfortable...

Dr. Bufalini was awesome and very professional. The staff were very thoughtful and caring. Dental surgery is never something you want to do, but it's made a lot easier with a skilled and caring office like this one. I traveled in from Asheville for the surgery and so glad I did!
