Terrible Communication. Scheduled my consultation 2 months out only for me to get there on the day of and be told that they no longer file with my insurance and that I would have to self pay, even though I was told before had that I would be contacted to verify insurance. Complete waste of my time. They don't have to worry about getting my business or the business of anyone else in my family. Extremely disappointed as you can't replace time wasted.

Don't visit the Tankersly team. Two months later and my niece is still pulling bones out of her mouth from a botched wisdom tooth removal. Multiple infections. They just keep putting her on antibiotics and sending her away. Is there no one in this practice that can help her?!?! Geez. What a racket. If you want make money off unnecessary wisdom teeth removals at least get them right.

Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional. The woman in billing worked back with my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay more than my portion up front just to get reimbursed later, which was super helpful. I had no issues with scheduling for my initial consultation or the surgery. Everything was explained clearly with realistic expectations set for the post surgical experience. If I had more teeth to remove, I'd go see Dr. Pham again.

Dr.Pham was wonderful. My daughter had a great experience considering she does not like dental work. They put her at ease. The staff was just as wonderful and helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend Dr.Pham abs his staff.

Overall a very great experience and Dr. Howell did an excellent job! I came in for a wisdom teeth removal but they were deep in my nerve so we decided on removing just the crowns of those teeth. I was really surprised that I had minimal pain after the surgery and it all healed very quickly. Also, the staff was nice and friendly!

This is the nicest most caring dental team I have ever been blessed to see. From the minute I walked into their office I was treated with kindness and concern. Dr Howell was nice and worried about my discomfort while doing the extraction. I recommend this amazing group 100 times over!

All around an amazing experience. My 6 year old had to have a tooth removed and has anxiety due to previous experiences with dentists and the staff handled it perfectly. Walking in I had my concerns due to it not being strictly pediatric but my son wasn't hysterical during the visit or after and they were all super sweet and understanding with him. I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done for themselves or their children.

This was a breeze for this wimp of a dental patient. I'm so glad that I found this Dr. to do my mouth work. He's very calming and has a bright disposition. He didn't over medicate nor under medicate me which means I didn't end up in the hospital with a bad reaction nor suffer needlessly. The office and restrooms are clean and welcoming. Dr. Pham & staffing, I sincerely thank you.

Dr Pham and his entire staff were absolutely amazing! I was nervous being 8 hours away from my son who needed his wisdom teeth out! Dr. Pham came highly recommended on the USC parents page. Don't go there! Months later, they keep slamming you with bills for things you didn't ask for use, for procedures you did not do or need. Big big scam! Save yourself the heartaches....find somewhere else!!!!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed. He had no swelling and minimal pain afterwards. Staff was professional and pleasant. Dr. Howell has a great bedside manner and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this practice.

My daughter had past issues with dentists and needles so, of course , the removal of wisdom teeth was scary for her. Thank God for this amazing staff and Dr Howell! I had a great experience at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery! I had my wisdom teeth removed easily and quickly. The total time to have a consultation and a surgery appointment was about a month, which was very convenient for my busy schedule. The doctor was very informative and friendly when I went in for my consultation which really calmed any worries I had going in. I had a quick surgery and a quick recovery too. I was pleased to have no major complications after surgery and would definitely recommend others to come here too! Overall great experience and only good things to say.
