My experience with Carolina Oral and Facial Surgery has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr Reitter went above and beyond, exhausting all measures, trying to relieve some of the pain I was experiencing. He then referred me to Dr. Cook for surgery ( total joint replacements). I could not have been in better hands. His knowledge surpassed any expectations that I could've had. He talked me through the entire process pre-surgery, did a phenomenal job with the surgery procedure itself, and was extremely attentive, thoughtful, and thorough post-surgery. They set the standard for excellence and easily meet that standard. Such an amazing, highly skilled group. Highly recommend. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hey, so you are reading this because you are debating between places. Trust me on this, pick this place, let me explain why. I found the staff very down to earth. I felt from the front desk, to the actual procedures I had done, things were explained well. I got my insurance paperwork and pricing BEFORE the procedure was done, which I am not sure is normal, but I liked how up front it was. The people I worked with, were very good. I felt they explained everything really well... I also was coming off a TERRIBLE experience from a competing oral surgeon who charged me $100 consultation fee, sat me in a room, told me nothing, then was brought to a "finance room" to be told they didn't even take my insurance. This place was a fresh of breath air. I felt everything was explained very well, I was never rushed through anything, and the staff was very nice. A+ all around. I saw Dr. Zoccolillo, younger female, super smart, direct, did good at explaining everything. Would recommend 100%.

Like other reviews are mentioning i do believe there are fees added to total without having a strong reason. In my case it was like going to a tire shop because you just had a flat tire and you'll pay a fee for "assessing front left tire. It's flat" $100

Got an appointment at the last min due to a cancelation at the Denver office. Dr. Mohammed was the attending surgeon. Along with him and his staff, they made my experience great. Tooth extracted without complications, and in a timer. Follow up concerns addressed in a timely manner.

I have extremely high anxiety from past dental experiences. The staff at Carolinas Center for Oral Surgery was very helpful and patient with me. Dr. Cook answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. I had a wisdom tooth and a large molar removed without any pain. My recovery was quick. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with anxiety. Thanks for making this a comfortable and painless procedure.

The last time I had a wisdom tooth removed I was a teenager. I remember being put to sleep, and failing an exam the next day because of being on a high dose of pain meds. This experience took 15 minutes. I was numbed and the tooth was removed in a few minutes then I was done. I was made to feel welcomed by friendly staff. The Dr. Was nice and professional. He explained the process and answered my questions before beginning. Easy!

The staff is cordial and pleasant. Dr. Reitter explained the process and kept me informed during the process of what he was doing and kept checking on my comfort level. He also called personally to check on me afterwards. His assistant was thorough in explaining what was going to happen and aftercare. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Cook is amazing my daughter is always nervous when it comes to dr and things but when she sees Dr.Cook he always makes her laugh and feel better about any procedure she's having done.. she has seen Dr. Cook several times for her teeth.. she love his sense a hammer and it always seems to make her forget about the procedure that's being done.. also my husband and son both have had wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Cook and they both spoke highly of Dr. Cook also As he has this great personality and spirit about him not only as a doctor and surgeon but just as a person in general and really caring about the patient... Thank Dr.Cook for all you do..

This place was amazing !!! I felt so comfortable and I was never rushed. They took their time with me. Explained everything to me. Dr Mohamed was very nice and funny too. Rebecca was beyond amazing !! I will go back to them in the future but I pray I never have to

I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone with any facial and oral pain! Dr. Reitter is extremely friendly and has excellent bedside manner. He always takes the time to address any concerns and/or issues I may have regarding any pain I am in. All of the staff is very friendly and willing to help with any issues or questions I have as well. You cannot go wrong with seeing him and his team for any TMJ problems you may have!!
