Reached out to Dr Kain and his staff for more antibiotics or something to ease the inflammation but they did not call me back and this was after 3 extractions on Sept 2. Today Oct 14th I still have the inflammation and today a sliver of a tooth came out of the side of my gum and left a hole so I am not reaching out again; will just try to heal it with salt water and hope for the best!! Not going back to an incompetent dentist who should have followed up on a patient!!

Dr. Kain and his staff are great! The front office staff are very good to answer any questions and are professional in their conduction of all check-in and financial business process. Dr. Kain and his assistant, Nelly, are also very professional and made me feel more at ease and made sure that I knew every thing to expect before, during and after my procedure. This is my first post-op day and my pain is very controlled. If a major dental procedure is ever needed again, I will definitely choose Dr. Kain!

I was discouraged during our visit because the first conversation that was approached was about needing to pay up front (what my insurance didn't cover). I hate feeling like money is all that matters - but went ahead and paid my portion. My 8 year old daughter was told she'd have to go back by herself for her extraction - which caught me off guard... she struggles with anxiety and only after she began sobbing and hyperventilating were we told that I could stay in the room with her. The clinical staff was professional and kind, and the procedure itself was quick and smooth (thus the 3 stars). I was caught off guard again months later when I was told my insurance did NOT authorize the procedure so I needed to pay the full amount. Not sure how this was missed before the procedure was done because it may changed our mind about the timing and plan of care.

I went to get a back tooth removed and this was the fastest, most painless, did I say quickest service I've received. I was given a bag to care for it over the next few days and pain medicine and instructions and I didn't even need it. Highly recommend, 5/5!

My daughter (12) felt well informed and at ease with the doctors and nurses here. We highly recommend them. The surgery and recovery all went perfectly. The on call doctor was prompt in returning our weekend call to answer our question.

Doctor Kain made me feel right at home I was not a bit scared to have my last wisdom tooth pulled when other dentists were afraid to pull it because it had a hook on it. Dr. Kane explained how he would do the procedure cut it into two pieces and lift them out it didn't even take him five minutes so that was less trauma on my gum line my healing was fast and I'm so relieved, thank you so much for being so smart and so thoughtful about others !!!

So i was appointed with Dr Kain and this was my first extraction if wisdom teeth. Dr Kain suggested me to do all of them but what i had heard of my friends past experience i didnt want to go that route and just did two. But to my knowledge it was smoother than the cleaning. Dr Kain explained me the whole process and it was completed in around 20-25 mins (according to my wife as i was all loopy). I came home took some medications and rest for 3 days. Didnt feel no discomfort at all. I mean i had some meds to take care of that but i could do my daily stuff in the house, nothing dangerous like gardening.And after that i was back to my strength, didnt feel any pain or discomfort on the extracted side. I would highly recommend Dr Kain and definitely go for all extraction if you getting it done by him and his team here.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out here. Everyone was professional and helpful. The Doctor was cheerful and explained everything. The process was quick and easy. I was given the option to wait in my car or in the waiting area... I chose my car and they wheeled her out and helped her in. Everything was explained and questions answered. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Great place!! The service was impeccable. The Doctors Assistants were very pleasant. The second I was numb he was extracting my teeth. I never felt a thing. He removed three teeth and I never felt a thing. Make sure you use this facility if you need dental care.

Great experience from start to finish. Consult was informative but quick and was able to get in for surgery same week for my husband and the following week for me. I appreciated them letting us know upfront how much we would be expected to pay after insurance so we weren't surprised. The survey itself was painless and issue free and my recovery was great. Would def go back if I needed to and highly recommend Dr Nicholas Kain. He's wonderful.

Surgery was fine. Treatment of a parent was horrible. Other than paying the bill the father was completely ignored and not included in any conversations even though he was physically present and sitting right in front of them. When confronted only excuses were given. No responsibility or sincere apology. We will certainly not use this group again for anything.
